Abfinest007:Favour is for benefit not responsibility. If political office is meant as a call to serve a depraved, poor, uneducated and traumatised people I can hardly call that favour. I call that sacrifice meaning even our religious leaders are in the dark about what political office truly is about. It appears they themselves see it as a beach party. When we get to a point where those who aspire do so because they want to make a difference. Where they go in full and come out half empty. Where the only attraction is the opportunity to build a legacy and they fight on the basis of convictions, ideologies for the betterment of those they lead out of love then I will know we have started the journey to true democracy. By then leadership will be like the prayer of Jesus on the night of Gethsemane, 'oh Lord if it your will let this cup pass over me, but not by my will but let the will of my long suffering people be done'. |

Alleged? This man is sick. Did he became a governor by winning any elections? This is not a testimony please. Anyway, it's a testimony to some pastors up there because their bank account has just been enlarged |

It is clear that the so-called men and women of God are aiding and abetting the deluded criminals called politicians in Nigeria. Majority of the churches mega riches comes from the blood monies donated by the thieves |

fairfora:To corroborate your words, Pastor Adeboye did say that God told him to go and see governor alamieseya of this same Bayelsa. He said he was kept waiting for useless hours while the governor was attending to other people. He said he was angry and wanted to leave but God insisted he remained there. After hours, the then governor then asked someone to call him in and then told him, (adeboye) he had got no time to see him and he should take something wrapped in an brown envelop. Pastor Adeboye said he turned down the gift since the governor did not allow him to even deliver God's message to him. He then told the events that followed the day's and eventual illegal, yet permanent removal of alamieseya. (Alsmieyesia was still alive when Adeboye said this o) |

Stories that come out from Nigeria in the 21st-century web age do always sound like what Europeans could have talked about in the dark and middle age, well before the illuminating impacts of the renaissance took effect. Illogical, irrational and primitive. You cannot move forward in the dark and unlike in the middle age, the earth climate has taken a turn for the worse, so you have very little chance of surviving as blind weaklings. |

farem:Imagime...most of our politicians are cultists. They lack respect for God, let alone His prophets. They often think every prophet is hungry and corrupt. Once they go to them to deliver God's messages, the first thing that comes to their minds is...this one has come to collect money like others. Maybe alameyeseigha would have survived that horrible death. Bro, let me share one shocking story with you, to buttress my point that most of them are cultists...they've sold their souls to the devil and that's wht they'd never listen to the masses, except God Himself touches their heart. There was a former popular and controversial governor in this country who left office over 5 years ago, whose driver is a friend to one of my uncles. Though a graduate, he's been driving him long before he became governor. My uncle called his driver friend one day to please remember him in case of any construction work comes up, he's a civil engineer. The driver's number wasn't going. He now called his wife who said he's not working with the governor anymore. My uncle got his number and asked what happened . The driver said it's not what they'd be discussing over the phone so they met and this man said the governor had always asked him to drive him to one desolate bush in the night severally but he never knew what he was doing there. He would ask him to stay in the vehicle whilst he walked away alone. One day, he alighted from the car and tip-toed to that place. From afar, he saw this man sucking the blood of a fresh human head while the herbalist was making incantations alongside ,he said he had to go back to the vehicle quietly and pretended as if he saw nothing. So he managed to drive him back home that night around 2am. When he resumed work, he drove to the office of the governor early, parked, put the car key in front of the vehicle and left. He said he removed his SIM and threw it inside the bush and moved his family to an unknown destination in case he might suspect and harm them. Only those who believed and feared God survived what happened to them because their ending is always horrible. The former gov is very sick now. I remember the time our president stayed long in the uk. People had thought he would die there. Baba adeboye went to visit him over there and this man came back strong 3 days later...the rest waz history. If you believe in the prophet, it's a great gain. I remember osinbajo's 2 failed copter crash...people hardly survive it but God revealed it to baba adeboye and asked the vp to come over and prayed for him. |
