Good day house, I plan to use a concealed cistern for my toilet due to space, the toilet/bathroom is small. Now the problem is I don't want to permanently conceal the cistern tank should in case there will be need for maintenance in the future. What other materials can I use for my toilet walls aside ceramic tiles? I mean material that can easily be removed and replaced during maintenance but will be water resistant to serve as good finishing for my toilet wall

That depends on what toilet bowl you want to install because they differ a lot. For example, according to Gerald's article if you're using something like Kohler Cimarron toilet you won't be able to hide the tank in the wall unless you will cover it with plastic or wooden tiles, can't say anything about ceramic though. You should look for 2-piece toilets like Toto, I think.

Here are primary materials for Concrete
Sand,coarse,binder and water

Now on your question is not good enough to use stonebase!

Why ?

This's just similar to sharp sand and gravel i.e unsieved gravel.

Because the presences of Coarse (stones) is much important that's why you see stones usually dominate in batching ratio. Eg 1 : 2 4

I personally think it could comfortably.
Nb: I am not a builder but I have built and managed my own building project.

The question would be what is the quality and type of build of this structure?

Here in Enugu before my own eyes, a Couple built
a 3bedroom self contained with 2.6 million (land excluded).
What I know is that there was no German floor, no pillars, 5 inch and 4 inch block, slide windows, slant zinc roof, cheap tiles, half wall tiles in bathroom, cheap sanitary wares.
But I dont have the cost breakdown.

I had once mentioned here that my 4bedroom duplex had cost me less than 11million naira till windows and doors fixed and a few persons objected . I temporarily pasted the pics and mentioned the NL Engr and roofer. Then the person said haba its because its a small duplex (12m by 11m.

My point is...know the details of a build before you claim a certain amount could never finish it.

How much do you think people in the villages complete their low cost 3 bedrooms...6 million?

We also have to understand by inference that the build wasn't a village house. Even for an average build of 6 self cons, I'm not saying 5million wouldn't go far, but it will not finish it talkless of the money remaining.

Like I mentioned earlier, it finished the building and tenants are living in it now for two years. Its in Enugu town and not in the village.

People are really building low cost ...what we should encourage is the barest minimum quality and safety.

He ask me to pay a little as he claimed not to have money to pay for the man that will open the real space to be sold. After little talk I agreed to give him money as he is my area brother like that. I gave him #100k. My thinking was I am going to pay the remaining after my SURVIOR visit the place. I was surprised when my SURVIOR got there and told me the land is a government land and he called four others to confirm it. Now the man said there is no issue as the land has been allocated to him with the attached documents. Seeing the document, the name on it (tinted) is not my name nor his name but his daughter name.
Please, what could be the consequence of someone occupying such land bcs I have no knowledge about it and don't want the buyer in trouble now or then

Tell him you will like to hear from his daughter. If it's the daughter's then deal directly with her. A lawyer will draft a deed of transfer both signed by you, then you take it to federal ministry of land so that they capture you as the real owner and C of O will come in your name. Goodluck
