Does it really matter? That application was refused! Your US visa twist would have been applicable if the visa was grated. I believe it’s either this is a terrible mixup by the VO or the application was badly put together.

Hello gurus in the house, pls help a sister out, I'm a permanent resident here in canada, my mum has a visit Visa 5years, she was here in canada 5months, went to the US, came back after 2 months, stayed here in canada 4months, now shes going to London and will come back here after 1month, is there anyone who has experienced usage of visit Visa like this in the past?, will she has any issues at the point of entry?, is she violating here visit visa status?, I'm yet to apply grandparents super visa for her as I'm still a student.

She is good! So long she isn't staying in Canada for upto 6 months at a time. She can even flagpole lol. What I mean by Flagpole is, she can go to the US border and turn back same day, and Canada immigration officer will stamp her passport again for another 6 months. If that makes sense.

Got a question for you tho, I don't mind going aside to talk about it, why visiting visa, why not super visa. If you do not mind, may I know howyou applied for the visiting visa? Cos I am in the same shoes right now and about to apply for mumc

Body fit "phone" her on the third try, read that somewhere some time ago, that's visa stringing. No longer visiting home country! She has abandoned her residence and is now actually residing/trying to reside in Canada, against her visa's term.... Or is she a RESIDENT of any of the other countries?

I use the LTD without Tax for USA while I use the biz name with tax for UK.
Now my question is this, which of them should I use for Canadian application or should I use both.
I intend using the Biz name with Tax clearance but I don't know If it will be a problem with the whole data sharing btw USA and Canada or should I put both but with one tax clearance.

For my father application i did not even use any tax clerance,i just use the business registration with letter of explanation of the nature of the busines because you can also use both depening your well explanation approach in your letter so far it a legal buiness ,an idividual can have more than one business...if am in same situation l will include both document and explain more my nature of business back with my bank account

If it online application ,just email the vfs centre to correct the error ..it should not affect ur online application since ur passoort data is correct

I’m back to drop this here. Got a lot of info from this group, my parents submitted paper application on February 11th at Vfs Lagos, did biometrics same day. Not sure when they got bvl, got final decision letter on Friday March 7th and picked up passport today. My dad was given 10yrs visa and my mum 5yrs.
My dad sponsored both of them, submitted his company documents, bank statement, landed documents and invitation letter from me and my husband. They have plenty travel history.
Fingers crossed now for my mother in law, we submitted her application two weeks ago but she doesn’t have travel history.
