Glad to see the positive spirit here.

I just want to encourage everyone to hang in there regardless of how tough it seems to be.

As a software developer, I realised there are many people with my skill set here; multilingualism instantly became my selling point. To better appreciate my point, take your time to review most of the job boards in Canada. You'll see that roles that require multilingualism pay up to 20% more than their monolingual counterparts. Most of these roles are in Quebec though but that shouldn't be a problem if you take steps to manage the expectations of the prospective employers.

How do you manage their expectations? Do your French language evaluation with YMCA on arrival. It's just like any other French exam evaluating your strength in the four areas of language studies and it's free. Each area is graded on a scale of 1 to 8. With this result, you'd be referred to government sponsored institutions where you could continue your classes for free. But asides this, you should always mention this result to a prospective employer when interviewing for bilingual roles. This helps them place your level accordingly without over expecting thus reducing the pressure on you.

You can't evaluate your BCS certificate until the result is available, you can start evaluating your B.Sc or M.Sc though.

Anything above 470 should fetch you an ITA based on current trends.

Please is this certificate course accepted as second degree in express entry and Wes could evaluate it .. please help my cousin she in serious situation she passed IELTS (L-9, S-7.5,R-8.5,W-7) but she only have Bsc and single.. she is trying to get any short second degree she can evaluate with Wes ASAP else the scores with be a total waste

Repeating questions...... do you mean the stereo playing a question more than once? If so, some questions are repeated and some aren't. Check out youtube/google for exam samples to fully get a grasp of what to expect....also the official site has sample papers.

Both CO and CE are multiple choice only.

If repeating questions means the same questions appear in TEF exams months apart. That happens.

Just finished with A2 level with AF , Revision is this week and then we move to Intermediate class. DELF is coming up by 24th, I really don't feel like writing yet. I want to attempt B2 with DELF instead, but that would be June diet.

I'm the only one in my class who is learning French for TEF purposes and of course the AF center here doesn't prep one for TEF. Really a long lonely road...but we Keep Hope Alive.

(my colleague is learning French too and not for TEF or at least they are not confessing yet apparently it's becoming a thing even for job opportunities in Nigeria)

and of course the AF center here doesn't prep one for TEF. Really a long lonely road...but we Keep Hope Alive.

(AF used to do a one month revision course close to each exam, maybe they'll tell you about it when you get to intermediate level or maybe they have stopped. At this stage, learning the basics, grammar etc is more important than than exam preps. Don't worry too much about the loneliness of the road, it is for a good cause and we are here for you.)

You know the Delusion Or Myth With Canada Exams For Immigration Purposes?

It is worthy to note that people make the Canadian Language test a big deal. It shouldn’t be. Why not?

For the fact that Canada is not using Spanish or any other language apart from English and French is why they evaluate your Language strength. So, no need to fret about it else you want to convince them to adopt your native language. Aha…

The big point is, “if you prepare you will pass”.

The pictures were in back and white at AF Ikoyi as at Jul 2019 if I remember correctly.

True/False for the last 10 questions are still multiple choice, you shade A or B. "Yes" means the written and spoken phrase are the same.
