She has to prove beyond reasonable doubt she acted in self defense. To answer your question She was arrested because she killed an alleged rapist according to her and the ball lies in her court to prove its self defense otherwise she will face the music.

Yeah many men dying in active service these days, they don'tlike collecting pensions like our fathers and grandfathers, so pathetic. But for the minor issue I don't agree, that she is a minor she should be left the hook for alleged killing for self defense. It's difficult to ascertain, the court should be the body to ascertain if its done willfully or in self defense. Make no mistake am not an advocate for violence against women neither am I an advocate for people taking laws into their hands. Investigations should be done and if she is culpable she should be charged to court.

Am strongly against rape but she will kill again since she already has that trait in her. I think she went extreme here by taking life. No girl or lady should go thru rape but killing an human being is great sin, she can defend herself in many other ways if he was truly trying to rape her
