Depends on the branch and the workload. What branch is your investment domiciled?

What's the challenge you are having with your current account officer?
I'd someone has not received business agreement is d person paid the monthly interest or after receiving agreement?

As long as your payment has been received and confirmed by the Account department, you are entitled to AND will be paid your RoI when due.

You however, need to ensure you get your Business Agreement in the event that a dispute arises (this part is a personal advice and not in my capacity as an employee)

Your MBA account officer should be able to do this for you. If you want, I can be your account officer in my branch.

It's domiciled at Ikeja. The initial promise was a week after. Since then he reads and ignores messages relating to it. I find that disrespectful and unprofessional.

Thanks will visit the office as soon as I can

Mine was ready after 2 months. Portharcourt branch. But to me it wasn't a big deal as long as the cash flow continues normally

OK thanks. I'm just of the opinion that when it comes to be financial issues, your words should count to build trust and show that you're dependable

I can speak to the head of account department there. Fast track things a bit for you. Chat me up on Telegram. I have done something similar for a silent reader here and they got theirs within days of intervening. Sometimes the workload is so intense (even though that's not a valid excuse really)

@airsaylongcom: What's your moniker or name on telegram. How do I contact you there?

Need to reach you ASAP.

Did you fill the Termination form? Submit your bank statement? Notify your Account Officer that you are not rolling over? It takes 2 weeks to a month to have your capital refunded after we have done our own vetting.

I find this thread quite interesting And informative, I am currently an investor in mba.By April my contract would be ending and I intend to renew the contract. I always top up all my ROI to the principal investment so I have been able to amass a reasonable amount of profit since I started investment with mba.
However despite the professional packaging of the establishment and all I won’t deny it’s a high risk investment, my advise is invest only what you can afford to loose.
It would be nice if mba does something to assure the investors that come what may our principal investment is secure.

when I went to their office yesterday I asked them what guarantee they had, they replied, and barely in nature, "your investment is secured" ...

They didn't say how or mention any insurance copy they work with .....

I called one of their lines and the lady talked about why I shouldn't be afraid cos they'll have a binding agreement with me ..
