Am a private school teacher and I got married three years ago my wife took in on our honeymoon night which was against my wish because after marriage guy man need to pick himself up after spending. Nine months later she delivered through ceseran (c.s) operation i had to borrow money from my boss 100k to pay back why working though we lost the baby due to stress. Last year she took in again, i prayed and cried to God for her to born successfully lo and behold she had to deliver through c.s again i was devasted, i cried and beg the doctor because the money for the operation is much i had to deposit my savings of 150k to the doctor and go out to source for the balance of 100k. I had to make use of my boss 100k without informing him to God be the glory the operation was successful my baby came out december 25th last year.
Now my boss want to arrest me because of his money i had to run away from my home please advice me..

Go to the police and write undertaken for your boss.

Inform your family members including your in-laws, they should be able to help you with the money.

Until you loose your entitlement mentality and realize you actually wronged your boss, I don't see a way out.

Your boss is within his rights to arrest you for stealing, you would only appeal he tempers justice with mercy.

Explain your plight and give him a payment plan with 10% as a sign of repentance.

You made use of your boss's money without informing him or you stole it? Why didn't you ask for it like the first time? Your boss is within his rights to arrest you and have you charged to court for theft. Just appeal with him to give you a time window to pay back the money

Stop running and own up to the boss, look for a plan to pay back his money. You stole his money, stop justifying it with what you did with the money.
I don't even understand why you will marry on a private school salary. You had nine whole months to plan, all you could come up with is stealing your boss's money.

Na wa o....please turn yourself in and agree on how to repay the loan.

Meanwhile, find money to register your new family for health insurance coverage. That 150k you dropped at the hospital would have covered you, her, the baby and three more siblings to come for a whole year premium! Dont wait until emergency hits your to react.

The truth is the truth whether you like it or not, OP is a thief. You are also a potential thief with the mentality you have. "Unused cash" as if he worked for it.

He had 9 months from when he knew his wife was pregnant to start saving for CS as if the doctor would not have told him the risks involved and that having only 1 yr gap between pregnancies means she must give birth via CS.

If you steal from your boss or anyone else (doesn't matter whether you used the money to save your dying great grandmother), you would be arrested and made to pay. Do you know whether the boss saved the money to cater for his pregnant wife in 9 months? If you choose to be useless and not do anything for 9 months only to wait for the day of delivery in order to perpetrate your fraud, you go stay kirikiri for days.

Pregnancy is not a disease. It gives whoever is responsible 9 freaking months to prepare. Even if stealing is what you want to do with your destiny, 9 months is enough to do that and repay.

I understand your predicament and its quite unfortunate you had to go through all these.

You are a fool for running away from home.
You would have faced the music at worst you will pay back with part of your monthly salary if you can
prove yourself or your family members pull you through by paying out the 100k for you.

You can run but you can't hide.

Prayerfully Go back and see your boss at home when he least expects you and plead.
If you handle it correctly, you won't be arrested.

Also take note, until you have money don't impregnate your wife, because she will most likely
deliver through CS.
