Sanusi Dethronement: Th One And Only Major Takeaway. by NGpatriot(op): 2:40am On Mar 10, 2020
Your boss is your boss anytime, any day and there can never be 2 OGA in any equation and you can not engage your boss in any fight and not get bruised or sacked.

Nigerian youths, do not learn the wrong lesson regarding what transpired in Kano. If because of your misplaced emotions, political or tribal considerations you can not respect your boss or yield when necessary, you better fall in line, resign or get sacked.

Your boss hired you and he can sack you as needed.

If you don't agree with me, feel free to test your power, go to work tomorrow, raise your shoulder and play tug of war with your boss and see how fast you get sacked.

Bosses don't bow down before their subordinates, it's the other way around, but Sanusi the well-educated ELITE ignored this critical reality.

Sanusi let his ego get the best oh him, he forgot that in Kano, the governor with the ultimate power to install and dethrone, to hire and sack is the real boss with the last say.

Insubordination and disrespect will get you sacked anytime, any day, Emir or no Emir. .

The Emir I think deliberately embarked on a kamikaze that HRH himself knew the crash could put an end to his emirate reign. Deliberating ignoring call ups to government functions, departing from protocol by sending HRH's daughter uncovered and to represent him instead of government officials, not taking a public apolitical stance, not keeping his politics know only in private, lol. the list goes on according to Kano State government

The one and only major takeaway is that HRH Muhammadu Sanusi II, allowed HRH's heart rule over HRH's head, and this à la kamikaze dearly cost HRH the emirate

The mark of true leadership is the ability to call a spade a spade. Ganduje is corrupt... Where is the moral justification in his accusation? I love Sanusi and to me, he's too intelligent for that stool. It's not today he's been speaking out about bad leaders (even your beloved GEJ) Congratulations to him for his deliverance.

Unfortunately, the sacked Emir did not call any spade a spade, this is the false and deceptive narratives some of you peddle for your own political and tribal reasons.

Sanusi is the ultimate Northern elite with a huge silver spoon in his mouth, he's equally responsible for everything he blamed other people for.

Just like him blaming almagiri on other people because they have too many kids, but he himself married 4 women with tons of children.

The hypocrite Emir is not leading by example and he's not practicing what he's preaching.

Arrogant and lack of respect for authority hypocrite like him shouldn't be in any leadership position.

Btw, what's useless and incompetent gej got to do with anything?

Ganduje is not a saint and in due time after leaving office and immunity is over, he'll face justice and answer for his alleged transgressions, but Ganduje is not the issue.

Positive change, lack of respect for authority and insubordination are not positive changes, but you are free to go to your and disrespect your boss and refused authority.

Btw, what happened to him under gej with his positive change? Didn't same useless and incompetent gej sacked him illegally?

In this interview done in the 1980s, the governor of Kano state, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar Rimi educates the interviewer and Nigerians as a whole on the office of the Emir of Kano. He stated that as far as an elected government of the state (Kano) is concerned, the Emir of Kano is nothing but a public officer ...
