Calm down......APC should put their house in order....2024 might be theirs, you never can tell.

Moreover, like Atiku, Alaibe should go and rest.

He should be a kingmaker and not been rubbish-ed by some of the people who should be coming to him for endorsements.

You are sounding like the judge who refused to address the main issues but searched for peripheral issues to save diri.the questions you should bother yourself with is when did primaries become solely a party affair that should not be litigated upon? Is it not last week that a high court intervened in what we can call a real internal affair of a party? Has the apex court ever labelled party primaries purely an internal affair that it cannot delve into? Do you want to deny that the judgment was perverse

I am not a judge.
I cannot appeal the case because I am not an interested party.

When issues come up, I try to look at issues based on what I have. If Alaibe isn't satisfied, he should appeal...Or is he paying his lawyers from my money?

I told you yesterday, that I see no case in what Alaibe is fighting unless the 90-days issue, which I haven't seen till now.

I told you that the adhoc ward delegates went well. I showed you Constitution of the PDP and LG Chairmen, Councillors et al. are statutory delegates, and can vote.

If he knew they couldn't vote, why did he get a motion exparte in July to stop the LG election...knowing fully well, according to him that it is still under the 90-day period?

..he is saying votes should be subtracted.
That is preposterous.
How do we know those who voted whom when it isn't Option A4?

If you have the 90-days, please quote where it is or Alaibe's lawyers can put it on the internet, so we can all review.

If we shout from today till tomorrow, nothing will change.
Is Oshiomhole in his office now?
Is Ihedioha at Douglas House?
Is Lyon at Creek Haven?

I have nothing to bother myself about, it's Ndutimi who should.

Exactly the question I would have loved to ask.
It is one thing to allenged

However its another issue to prove such allegations

The court cannot be a father Christmas.

These are questions begging for answer from Alaibe

Alaibe should go back to Yenagoa and rest.
That's my dispassionate advice for him.

Pls Sir, I don't know whether you are a card-carrying member of the PDP or you are familiar with the PDP guidelines.

There is something Timi is harping on which is that, statutory delegates are not allowed to vote unless vetted by the National Secretariat 90 days before.

How true Sir?

Always roping in Abia.

Once I ask you what is happening at under-developed Biase now, you will get annoyed and say I am provoking you.

I still remember your outburst at the C/Rivers thread.

Stick to Bayelsa, I am seeing you in CRS who has the best leadership.

Supreme Court has affirmed they're final.

Any case of trying to remove someone they gave power is a waste of time and money.

I am yet to fully understand what Alaibe wants Did he take part in the PDP primary? Why did he say Diri was wrongly nominated? Did Alaibe win and Doris name was written as a replacement? If PDP conducted primary according to the party s constitution why going to court again? From the summary of the judgement it appears there is logicality in the conclusions of the IMO high court

There is nothing like that.

Once the NEC approve delegates to vote in primary.

The mandate is to give the list to all Contestants,

Which the nec did, he never said anything about it
