Hello guys here. Just wish to know the position of the law if an 88 yr old ancestor from the south east who is either a xtian, polytheist or idolater decides to marry a secondary sch student as young as 18 yr old? Will he be stopped or what? Thanks

As long as she consents to the Union, their is nothing the law can do.
At 18 she's already an adult.
