This is a very important question. What you meant is “people who got the virus and survived it. Is the virus completely dead in them with no single trace of it inside their body or it will continue living inside them and can they be risk to non infected people?” This is your question, am I right?

If you have been exposed to the virus, you have to self-isolate yourself, since the virus can be asymptomatic.

Look at Ronaldo. He hasn't been tested, and has not shown any symptoms but because he has been exposed Daniele Rugani who tested positive for the virus, he is to self-isolate himself.
