Someone people are already in the on site test which holds on the 21st. So I believe you guys will be rushed so that you guys can all do the online test together..

So you will likely get feedback before the end of this week for the 20mins test

Second online test likely to be next week Sunday.

Cos it was stated on the invite mail those successful from the two online tests will be invited for Onsite test on 21st.

BTW the time sped like a rocket.

Good evening everyone, just wondering. What’s this recruitment all about? I am asking because;
1. I checked online for a similar recruitment done in the past by Oando but I couldn’t get any useful info
2. The use of ‘accelerate’ in the title. Does it mean people that get in would have accelerated growth to managerial roles or
Something?
3. What arm of Oando is the retirement for? Upstream or downstream?

Furthermore, does anyone here have an idea of the pay? Either gross or net. And when will the recruitment process be concluded?

These questions are just out of curiosity and I do not expect anyone to have a definite answer but any valuable info would be appreciated.

Thank you

I only have answer for number 3
It is for both upstream and downstream

About the salary, @jarus posted in the 2012 recruitment that the annual pay was 3.5 million

So the pay should be more by now or still same thing by now.

Only @jarus can help with all the questions you asked and I hope he comes to this thread and help us with info.

The recruitment is for entry level (business/engineering inclined graduates as posted in the advert). It is to infuse new/young brains and energy into the system (reason it came with some stringent requirements) and of course boost organization's productivity.

The use of accelerate. The Graduate accelerated Programme is more like a fast-tracked GT programme. In an IOC like shell, it takes 2-5yrs to complete GT training depending on the job role, some oil firms GT programme takes 3years. So Oando is simply saying we will fast track your training (commit more resources into it) such that the duration will be 18 months.

The recruitment is for both upstream and downstream.

The gross pay is 5million+, d person I asked didn't give the exact.

Only Oando HR can answer when the recruitment process will be concluded.

Selah.

Someone that we coached in their 2015 recruitment and who got the job told me they offered her/him N5m.

Meanwhile, when you guys get to interview stage, you can attend JarusHub interview training

You welcome bro.

God help us all. The key thing is even to first get the job.

Modified: Jarus just confirmed too, so the person that told me 5m+ for gross seems right.

Hi guys, good evening. Please I have a question I wanna ask those that have passed workforce on site test before.

Please is there anyone here that used the on screen calculator during the workforce on site exam and progressed to the next stage?

Please I really wanna know because sometimes you will need to calculate big figures and decimals, and calculator can only be the solution to be fast
