I just received 2 reject mails today, and to say the truth it changed my entire mood, so receiving a reject or not getting any response at all which do you prefer  |

I think it's height of irresponsibility from HRs not to get back to applicants. Especially if the recruitment has passed the first stage. It's one of the ways to know a standard firm that cares about staff welfare. It may be painful, but closure helps you to move on. 5 Likes |
