Evil

For those conserving data, the nigga showed the rider a receipt from the screenshot he took from another ride different from what the actual ride fare is.

This is a whole new level of saka. With this video, the guy is definitely a goner as far as bolt is concerned.
Any rider that falls for this is foolish. Bolt always shows riders name under the fare. Why should anyone pay an amount without seeing their name?

I see lots of interested buyers on your thread bidding for 1M; I'm not in any position to tell you what amount to sell but lately - The "Nigeria used" corrolla is slightly been sold for about 900 to 1.1M due to the fact that people are now having eyes for 03 to 05 civic.

If you DON'T NEED cash quickly - You can still sell at 1.3M but you would have to wait for someone who loves Toyota so much they would forgo a 1.2 TOKS civic for a Nigeria Used corrolla 1.3

Baba how would you be comparing Corolla to Civic
Honda wey the legs dey break up and down

My last price is 1.220m

The matter tire me o... I was going to bring it up here this evening. And for me, it usually happens on cash trips not card that they can deduct later on their own. Lost 1.2K last week because of the issue. This night again, another 1.1K. Sent a message to the lady. I still dey wait alert. The matter don tire me. I even tried checking current price, the thing no gree load. Yesterday I tried same, the current price was higher than the final price due to same GPS error ish...

Guys on Bolt, aw u dey cope with this gps error issue? Abi na only me the thing dey affect? I Don ask for trip review tire today o especially when I pass tru Lekki link bdrige toll gate.
use a 4G lte phone

4gb ram 64gb space phone. And use 4G sim.

If you don't have that phone spec, you need an upgrade. If you can't buy one now, you need to walk into a phone shop and ask them for "easybuy" easybuy allows you pay 30% for the phone and spread remaining payment for 6 months.

If you can't, update your android software, your bolt app, and your Google Maps. From your bolt app, choose the setting that allows Google Map to come up immediately the trip starts.

Now when ending the trip and the app is taking too long, never ever restart your phone. Keep turning your network on and off until the fare shows. Bolt app always calculates the estimated fare for you.

Guy ask questions before you conclude. I use Mi Note 10 Pro. 8gb 256 gb rom. It is one of the best phones out there. I use 4g sim as well. So the GPS issue is with Bolt not phone.

Thanks for your advice though! wink

It is fraudulent of Bolt then. If they don't want you check price, the button should not be there at all.

I am asking this question not because I want to disrespect the integrity of this tread and everyone here but because here is the closest place I can get a good answer.

I have a minibus I am thinking of giving out for hire purchase but the security aspect of it is what I can not handle. Giving such a vehicle to someone I have no prior knowledge of except what he disclose to me.

What is the possibility of the hiree running away with the vehicle and will not be able to be traced through the address he initially provided?

1. What is the best practice in the market as regards the security aspect of hire purchase?

2. Do hirer just hand-over the vehicle to the hiree with hire purchase agreement signed by both parties and the guarantors?

3. What nature of guarantors needed?

4. Is it compulsory to use technology like a tracker in the hp biz (please specify the best you have used)?

I want to know how people handle the security aspect of hire purchase business?

please save a soul.

Do quote me.

Get a resonable security deposit.

The rest is very basic stuff, verify guarantors and driver . But seriously no one is running any where with a 1m naira vehicle.

Not taking anything away from his investment. But hey, no one is gonna run with a 700k converted mini bus.

Not withstanding

1. Install a tracker (Car is yours till the deal is completed)

2. Comprehensive insurance is a must for you.

3. Verify his guarantors and ensured you state it in the agreement that the guarantors gives you cash equivalent once you smell any Irregularities.

4. Ensure you spell it clearly in the agreement that default viz la viz damage of the bus will not be condoned.

5. Security deposit of 20% of the bus worth should be tabled (Negotiable)

6. Ensure you buy beer for boys once you get the driver (Very key).

The fault is from the app, drivers were not the ones that put that feature there.
So what's the essence of the calculate price feature if a driver can't use it?
Before they used to say it's phone now they have shift the goal post to ...
Tell them to work on their app, drivers can also check price on Uber once it's cash trip.

That's not true, the only thing is the trip might lock if the rider is on bonus.

So you expect me to go change brake pad for 40k, so you'll win free food?

Yes if you don't have to pay for another set for at least 4 years.

Note: free food is for restaurant refers not repair referrals. Free maintenance or cash equivalent is for repair referrals. Two things going on.

You guys still haven't said yea or nay
