Court Suspends Oshiomhole’s Appeal Against His Suspension by bayomillz14(op): 2:00pm On Mar 16, 2020

Appeal high court has suspended its hearing of an appeal by Adams Oshiomhole against the judgment of a federal high court suspending him as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The decision according to Thecable was taken by a three-man panel of justices rose at a session today to say a new panel would be constituted to hear the appeal.

Recall that Oshiomhole was not satisfied with the verdict of the Federal High Court, and had gone to seek justice in the appeal court to restore him back as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Is this the Change APC promised Nigerians. African leaders are quite insensitive to the plight of the masses. Masses who voted them in power under heavy sun and rain... What we practice in Nigeria is mouth politics...

Sense is really far from most Nigerian politicians... Everyone keeps shouting Oshiomole, Tinubu and co,,, Have we failed to realize how useless these names are when it comes to development...

Look at Other Countries making global impact while these ones are struggling for peanuts... Who remains Chairman of so and so...

I said it yesterday, people should forget Tinubu's influence, the best tinubu can do is to pull out his ACN group and form another party. The cabals are not only dealing with Oshiomole, but with tinubu, they are undermining him.

They will keep Oshiomole busy with the court case until 2023 and he Tinubu will have a lot to deal with in the coming week.
