If my dept with 5 lecturers, 3 active 2 on study leave can borrow lecturers and claim to have 26 during accreditation, it goes a long way to tell u the level of fraud in the education section.

the problem is that the universities are heavily understaffed. This is the reason why universities in uk are on strike.

Who didn't get the chance to enroll into the IPPIS Program has been waiting for the IPPIS staffs to come to various universities so they can enroll into the scheme since January 2020.. But to know avail.. Only for IPPIS to start paying salaries without enrollment of the new staffs of various universities who has started work since December till date. And still there is no information on when they will come back to various universities to enroll the remaining staffs..
