If the slow website is caused by traffic overflow only solution is browsing by night or at anytime you think there might be less traffic.

Although another issue might be the server location but fixing that is beyond you if you aren't the admin.

if you are using a pc you can google how to set up cloudflare dns on your operating system. it makes your browsing faster and could help with your problem.
