Guy do you know the amount of solid minerals leaving Nigeria every minute that the government knows nothing about. If professional tell you the trillions leaving 9ja you would marvel especially minerals mined from the north. Some rare Earth metals rarely found worldwide are strangely found in some parts in Nigeria

I am yet to think if I am Nigerian at all. Because i am yet to be a beneficiary of the billions of Naira and dollars the Nigeria government always keep declaring that they make in one sector or the other including the ones they siezed from Abacha

This is deliberate and the government officials are in cahoots on this economic pilferage. I personally know people from Guinea who are in the trade of mining gem stones, though in very crude and tough methods but they confess how rewarding it is at the end and that Nigeria is so blessed minerals wise .

Yet much of these minerals are untapped. While I was in Osun state, there was reportedly limestone deposit spaning 40% of Ilesha which the community hardly disclose. Same applies to Enugu where coal is under-exploited. These people don't want to suffer the fate of Niger Delta, so they don't disclose shit.
If we've been making judicious use of what nature has bestowed us, Nigeria would have long past this stage.
