The examples of countries who you tried to claim were proactive before your lies were busted didn't do anything better than what Buhari did. So what made it so easy to stop flights now?? It took two seconds - but back then they even refused to institute even ordinary mandatory quarantine of people from hot zones - it is a crime against humanity!
U people keep citing US and UK. US instituted a ban on China in January, and a ban on Milan and Italy in February! Note the dates in the screenshot below
