Most of the pandemics over the past 100 years originated in Asia and largely killed Asians.

This latest virus spread because the Chinese authorities thought they could brush it under the carpet and then make up fictional numbers as they do with most things. We are all going to suffer because of their foolishness.

Africa has problems no doubt but foolish comments like yours do not help matters.

Africa is a liability continent..

This pandemic virus just exposes the fact that;

God is a p ussy, He isn't in control or he doesn't exist! I'm not insinuating he(God or other religion god) heal the world, NO! but at least, it would be fair to let their followers NOT be magically infected.

This pandemic also shows that health care is the weakness of the Almighty America, they divert more funds to military rather than health care so if any country wants to falter America as a country, Inflict her citizens.

You are not helping. Aside from the rudeness of your comment. There are people who do believe they are favored by God and csnt be infected. Yiur comment does nothing but stir up theur desire to prove you wrong and will ignore all safety protocols. Just remember you live in the same vicinity with these peoplr. Now is not the time to start fight. Na beg we de beg them. No let the night vigils start on top your comment pls.

I don't trust these people.

I am thinking that when they produced the virus, and noticed that it wasn't fatal to Africans, they produced a deadlier strand of the virus, and imported it again.

Very possible but they will fail. This virus will not cause problems for Africa. You will see how many of them will relocate here when they eventually find a cure because they will know that Africa is protected by God.

It doesn't concern us here. We are used to disease and death. If Boko, Niger delta and Fulani boys mixed with Lassa, Ebola and Cholera fevers did not disturb us, is it ordinary cattarh and cough that will bother us?

We know how to take care of ourselves here, not like Europeans that are waiting for the government to give them common paracetamol. I have plenty of herbal medicine (agbo) to mix at home plus pepper soup ingredients to eat along with my local chickens from the backyard. If coronavirus likes let it come.

At least the elites will not be spared.

Europe locked, North America locked, even India when b dey manage una don use big padlock throwaway key inside the River Ganges. No where to run to.

We die here! After stealing the money meant to equip our hospitals, you'll die in the same dilapidated hospitals side by side with the commoners who you never cared about.

The Starks were right: Winter is here. And it comes bearing a corona gift; with special tributes to the ruling class that have always felt invincible.

We should keep praying and have faith and respect the advice given to us by govt for our good....
The thing is pple with cough , high temparature, shortness of breath should be a trigger to get tested..

Would we , govt / hospital, doctors be be able to cope with such crisis .....
pple can pray at home or join their pastors / imams online ....
Avoid touching your faces , use your scarf orr sleeve to itch your face in public and wash hands as soon as you get home.

Always wipe all surfaces in your home ..use soap and water if you dont have sanitizers ... wash your hand as soon as you come in ..Avoid visitors coming into your home .. if u can ... you can talk to them on phone or outside.
--Keep away from restaurants ......(how clean are the pple serving you).
The price of things especially disinfectants , toilet rolls , sanitisers will definitely go up.........
people in shares accomodation need to learn to wipe surfaces or wear gloves when sharing facilities .

Use your scarf to cover your mouth and nose when on public transport or in the market and avoid touching things or wear gloves .
pple with newborn babies .. shld avoid crowd / pple touching the babies.

Most countries are protecting their doctors , nurses , pharmacist, hospitals, emegency service s , frontline first .. so that they can treat the sick . PPle are not allowed at their doctors or hospital in those countries , they have to call first and doctors give advice over the phone ....if their case is serious they wld book them to come and test them first before commencing treatment. Most pple in the hsopitals are already vuilnerable , so they have to protect them too.

What is Dapo doing? Close schools...dis thing is getting serious and it seems the governor of Ogun state is just doing nothing..Ogun state will be hit badly if nothing is done quickly because the awareness is low, people still organize parties, crowded areas and even people move in close contact with each other...ahaha the risk is getting high, all thanks to dis government...during ebola, Liberia and other affected countries were shut out immediately by the then government.. people are falling sick everyday and no one is aware of the symptoms and risk in being in contact with an infected persons

There's nothing to be scared of. I am surprised that a lot of people especially Africans who like to form religious champions are so scared of death. Won't ya'll like to doe and go to heaven? Or you don't believe in your Bibles and Qurans anymore. You all suddenly love the sweet things of life and the vanity? A true religious person should not panic in the face of problems. You should only pray and accept the will of God, afterall nobody lives for ever.
It's important to take necessary precautions but getting scared of death as a religious person shows a lot people don't truly believe in the religion that they practice.

The west has been praying for Please stop blaming the west and blame yourselves!

When Corona virus first started, Nigerians treated it with so much levity. Some said there was nothing like Corona virus, others said it was God's means of showing the world that he is the boss.

I could remember Obasanjo saying that there was no case of Corona virus in Nigeria and that the minister of health was trying to defraud the Federal government.

All the warnings by experts were treated with kid's gloves while our brainless leaders left our borders wide open!

The so called men of God were busy making unguarded and uninformed comments about the disease while their sheeples listened to them instead of taking early precautions to prevent the spread of the disease.

Now you're here blaming the west!
