Listen, you this raging demon from the depth of hell, do not quote me again! It is your father the devil that is a reprobate. Stinking devil from Hell.

The Jesus I serve is the Jesus that gives freely. He didn't come to save those without need. He came to save the lost. If Jesus where here, he would give whatever it is to sick and to those who are lost. But you don't know Jesus - you are a man trapped in fruitless religion.

While I support bishop oyedepo vision my allegiance is to the word of God. And a building is never the Church. Those buildings you see are not more precious than one single human life. So therefore I know you are sent from the devil.

As I said again, if an outbreak happens we would open the doors of the church and bring the sick into it. You are free to jump the into the lake of fire if you don't like it.

Between me and you who speak like the one possessed with a devil grin grin

You are not a member of Winners chapel nor are you a son or protege of Bishop David Oyedepo. Who are you deceiving..my father Bishop David Oyedepo does not train reprobate fake liar vagabonds masquerading as children of light. If you are a true son of Bishop Oyedepo and not a fake liar...one thing that will show is that you don't run your mouth stupidity against church or what church stands for nor will you run your mouth against an anointed man of God, his person or his ministry..you joining the people of the world to suggest nonsense about the use of Faith Tabernacle in Canaanland for corona rubbish quarantine suggest you a fake lying liar supporter of Bishop Oyedepo. I know your type. Keep deceiving yourself

Finger Of God Cathedral, Porth Harcourt, Nigeria

The Finger of God Cathedral is the upcoming largest cathedral in the world designed to house 120,000 worshippers. It is being built with an enclosed air condition system. Also, the Finger of God is segregated into multiple arms and can be used to segregate patients according to their severity of infection.

Like Glory Dome and Faith Tabernacle it will most likely run on independent power also. And its construction can be sped up with Government funding to serve as a treatment zone for about 5,000 - 7,000 people in South South/South East Zones.

Government funding? When its obvious they will be fed with watery beans only to have bills of imaginary billions of dollars quoted as cost a few months later.

Your evil plan for nigeria will catch up with you why not use the Abuja mosque ode

Bros now is not the time to make sentimental statements. We just have to face the reality. The person raised a very valid point and 'God forbid' does not prevent everything. In a situation where the infection rises on a pandemic level in Nigeria (and let's not pretend it can't), converting religious buildings, which we all know are known to be notoriously large, is one of the best way to go in order to save time and resources. Be it mosques or churches, let it be used. We have seen cases in the holy books of when a kingdom is afflicted by either sickness or war, and they turn to the religious houses as a sanctuary to tend for the sick, so why not Nigeria?

Church will not agree to that. If you need to dismantle, why not look for unused areas of land across different places and build from scratch instead.
What about all those lands they intend to give to Fulani herdsmen? Federal government can use that

You people are damn foolish. Why can't MOSQUES be used? Try that nonsense and God will come hard after you Himself.

If you don't have facilities, improvise.

Imam Sulaak, it looks like your grouse is the non-payment of taxes by churches. This your solution is as good as asking government to build sufficient and well equipped hospitals across the country in 4 weeks.

My grouse is that these churches are basically large scale enterprise selling religion to the vulnerable for a profit. Jesus said to the traders and money changers at the temple "Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a house of trade"

The reason why Nigeria can't be better is all in the comments section of this post. The very first fruit of Christianity is love. Any church that won't give up its building for the sake of humanity is running on greed as fuel not love and definitely not God. Ditto for Mosques.

You are part of the problem, using religion as a means of solving Coronavirus, what happened to your Government .You can elect the church to lead us we are more than capable.

Hotels would've been better as most needed facilities are already there. My opinion though....

OP you have not considered hotels in Nigeria. Just for you to know...
Sheraton hotel abuja up to 600 rooms
Transcopr abuja up to 900
Sheraton Ikeja up to 400 rooms
Eko hotel up to 600 rooms etc.

Each room can take minimum of 3 hospital beds. That is already more than 7,500 beds from these 4 hotels alone. I am very certain the owners will surrender them to government free of charge for humanitarian purpose just like we expect the churches to do.

How can they think when they are so fixated on Church buildings am sure they never spoke up when church buildings were burnt and. Christian s killed but now. They. Want to use the church.Anyway if it comes to that we can house the sick and still conduct fellowship it would not hinder serving God

I saw it too.
He doesn't understand that Charities are private businesses also. They just enjoy tax breaks because they aren't profit-oriented.
That doesn't mean they are there for use of anyone in times of emergencies.
And churches aren't registered as charities in Nigeria. He doesn't know this too.

churches are not hospitals, neither do they have facilities to treat sick people, many of these glorified prisons you mentioned, don't even have a sick bay, first aid kits or adequate testing facilities for sick people.

they re built under the premise that members cannot fall sick if they empty their brains and wallets to the pastors.

they best purpose they can serve as is mass graves to bury mentally dead people.

Most foolish of all foolishness ever displayed on the internet.
You apparently brain dead when your leaders steal monies and miss appropriate funds meant for the public and have no clue on what to do.

But fast typing rubbish.... Church building to be used.. Yen yen yen.....

You truly need to get wisdom if you feel your problem is pastor or Christianity...

You need to be enlightened, they built it from scratch. It just that the materials used are not like conventional materials used for house building.

In your book, state is bigger than church, probably your church. But while states are enacted by people. Church is a spiritual force to be reckon with. Thus church are given licence by state but it just formality. Good ordained churches ARE FAR BIGGER THAN STATE.

which ever pastor has taught you this is but a deceit. mind you don't allow your religious inclination becloud your sense of reasoning.

Abuja mosque can house 5,000 people and it's nationally owned so getting approval won't be difficult

You forgot to add Federal Secretaries, State Secretariats, National General hospital, state general hospitals , ASO rock, Government house etc.
They sure have that space to handle such request.

Nigerians are impossible lot. When things are moving smoothly, The bashing these churches recieved are at roof top. But when the need come , those so called ""enterperner centre"" become solution centre.

Government should wake up to it responsibilities.

God forbid that it gets to this stage. If it does, Churches or any hall alike are the worst places for this. Hotels, are with rooms are likely the best. Your governors own such facilities. Large hotels and all the sorts scattered across the country can be transformed into treatment centres.

Think before you talk.
You want beds to be placed side by side with 100s of aick people. That will be a sorry site. Not healthy even for the unhealthy.
