hello all.
Please how do I handle this situation.

I ordered a ride with one muriana with reg number NRK090QR on the 20th of March 2020. he claimed he was far away and could not pick me up and wanted me to cancel the ride. I told him to cancel it from his end and I decided to drive myself. Only for me to try ordering another ride today and alas I have been billed for a ride I didn't not take.

And I tried calling the customer service but the number is not going through.

I live in Ibadan

Same thing happened to me last December, I just abandoned their service since their cc is not just there to help

you ain't know where the fault is from.....might not be from him as Opay lacks customers this days, got banned from Lagos etc they'll do anything to keep in touch

Basically, I'm just saying you shouldn't arrest an innocent over a small piece of paper

Next time,have more than 2 opay account, once the rider picked your order and didn't do normal, instead of you paying for the service the rider didn't render to you, transfer all your money from such opay account to another opay account, you can use the same ATM card to register many opay account/wallet

As much as I don't advocate victimization I also don't take nonsense. I don't cheat people and I won't accept it, I have been trying to call the guy he has been refusing to answer my calls probably he blacklisted me on purpose. Will get to their office on Monday and find out what really happened.
