She said petrol sell at #145, but today I bought #145.

Maybe when new tankers offload, the price would change since they are still selling old stock to us.

Why are you asking like as if you don't know them independent marketers are still selling N145/L and will still keep selling for some time before they'll finally settle for N125/L
