true2home:All options are still open at this point, while I would have loved to sell this house in units, I am also open to offers for a sale of this house as a complete unit to a single buyer. I will soon announce the price range for this whole house if I am selling after the roofing. I am already searching for another land where I can repeat this house plan because it's really in hot demand right now. |
