Based on your response I asked you a simple question and you've responded more foolishly than you did earlier... Your answer to his question was solely based on the information he provided so why digressing now? Ode!!

You're forming "I too know" yet your brain is as empty as "empty" can be.. I shouldn't have even bothered engaging you in a discussion in a bid to enlighten u.. Continue in your "I too know" attitude ehn!
Pig!!
see ignoramus "enlightening" someone. Swerve. You simply have a vacuum in your skull. Impossible for you to comprehend.

Do Buhari's daughter completed her 14days self isolation to show the symptoms before sending her for test?

Do the incoming travelers that are tested positive started or completed their 14days isolation period before the sypmtoms and test?

How about those who are tested positive without showing the symptoms and without self isolation in other nations?

What happened to the millions or billions from tax payers' funds disbursed and supported to curb the spread in urgent and emergent ways? Do they grow wings?

Hey!! Think well! You have right to be tested before you spread it while planning for self isolation, as funds are released.

My last pearl for you: proceedure is for a common man like you!

I have got just one question to ask you which is..where did you hear or read that Buhari's daughter went for test or showed symptoms...the president simply followed the protocol, the daughter had just arrived from UK and they kept her on self isolation to see if she's going to show symptoms.

I do not respond to BMCs because, clearly, I cannot keep up to their speed and propensity for insults. It is like being demon-possesed, being a BMC.
I expected more insults after I had shown that you were silly comparing 18 months to 4 months.

So continue with your foolishness. The good thing is that it is in the public grin

Lunatic making politics out of a common sense issue. So Jonathan is better than Donald Trump dealing with more than 15000 cases? You must be involved in analingus of old men.

@Ekejoestar.
The country is not prepared for COVID-19. The test kit is very expensive . why do you think everyone reported case is sent to Lagos state.
For your ENT case, I can recommend an audiologist for you.

@tinuadeboye, pls refer me to any e.n.t specalist in lagos who can perform surgical operation on the external auditory carnal. I have the C. T scan result to help the specialist further

I don't need to ask. I'm trained to get the truth out. So I know when one is economical with the truth. But you, a senseless animal will never know.

You're still proving how senseless you are...
Ngwa Ode!! Tell me the truth how many persons were waiting in line before him?..

And please, go back to wherever you were trained and request for a refund or better still go for another training. Oh pardon me! It's not even your teachers fault, it's your blocked brain and over sabi that caused it.. a simple way to know an erudite person is the way he writes which clearly you're not..

Covid 19 is not malaria that you will walk in into any hospital to perform a test
It shouldn't be like that. In other saner countries you can walk into any hospital and request to get tested. You can even call a medic and they will come and take your samples at home if you are isolating yourself and don't want to go out. They will then send the result to you.
The CDC is wrong, not like Millions of funds has not been released by the ministry of health to address this.
The OP requested the test so he could get access to see an ENT doctor.
Re: My Experience Trying To Get Tested For Covid-19 In Lagos by olalekanba(m): 4:07pm On Mar 23, 2020
Please get this right even in US you need doctors referral letter to get tested.

Follow the issues happening in NY, death rate is higher because they don’t have enough ventilators too. They are presently stretched out.

Same issues in Italy, the only country in Europe that is really doing well ( no of infections vs death) is Germany.

If US is not well prepared for this what do expect from Nigeria.

Please stay safe till when all this is over.

I've been sitting here with one guy since 1hr plus now and there is no one that has attended to us and all the nurses were just going up and down.
What made me to sit this long was because of this ENT issue at LUTH if not for that, i wouldnt have waited this long just to get tested.
-i noticed that the staffs were being reluctant to carryout the test or maybe they dont have the test kit, and if the later is the issue then its a A BIG SHAME.

I cant wait any longer, i'll have to go and wait until (if) the pandemic is over.
My FELLOW NIGERIANS, MAY GOD HELP US IN THIS COVID-19 ISSUE.

Pls go and corroborate my story and if anyone have any idea on how to get tested and the procedures involved, let the person share with us.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us here. That's it ! Guys ,let's pray that a cure is found for this disease before the situation gets out of hands. Nigeria does not have the capacity to handle what the likes of Italy,Iran,China,Spain etc are dealing with right now.

We will be having a complete messy situation on our hands by the time our home made corona- poverty,corona-ignorance,corona-no-light, corona- poor infrastructure etc combine with the coronavirus ! That will be a deadlier combo !

You may want to blame those medical personnel for openly displaying lack of professionalism but the truth is that most of our hospitals and medical centres do not have the right safety kits for their staff.

Don't let us deceive ourselves that we can handle this on our own,we can't ! If the Italian PM could openly admit defeat in his country's battle against the coronavirus, Naija should just forget it.

The solution is for the government to enforce complete lockdown, everybody must remain inside for now while the few cases we have are being treated. Meanwhile, we must continue to pray and hope that cure is found for the virus before we have Italy-like situations on our hands, god forbid. I'm truly worried if people are finding it difficult to get tested alone for the virus in our country.

The consultant stylishly told you your appointment has been cancelled till further notice.

Every country in world is battling to get test kits and they will not waste one on you because you want to see an ENT.

Spend some time online and see how testing is done around the world and the requirements to get tested.

My concern is that these testing points due to untrained personnels could be sites of transmission and spread.

Where did you get this lie from?

I can tell you for a fact that you cannot be tested in Canada, the US and UK if you are not showing symptoms or have not been in contact with someone that has tested positive.

I no lie for una... Make una go begin buy chloroquine and azithronycin or streptomycin now oo...
The Nigerian govt will never and can never handle this outbreak.... And we are known to rely on the western world for aid.. But they're still battling with their own problems...
The rich will lay hands on chloroquine..
Chloroquine sale will surge..
The igbo drug companies have already started production n will capitalize on this..
Anyways it better to scratch for about 12 to 20hrs than die from the Corona Virus.. A word is enough for d wise

I can only imagine how they said it especially if they were from a certain tribe.

The fact/truth is that our medical personnel and facilities are not equipped to handle this situation. If an outbreak occurs, then it's OYO for everyone.

China has spent close to our annual budget already plus fact that they have an existing medical facility. Nigeria gat nothing, curbing convik 1.9 won't come cheap.

My brother it's simple...observe self isolation for 14days and when you eventually show symptoms, you can then call the ncdc or the emergency numbers.

Oga we are in Nigeria. This is not America. Does people know what is self isolation?? Stubborn Nigerians for that matter. The government better starts testing everyone and then taking those who are infected. Simple

Covid test in Britain is £400 in Harley Street. Majority cannot get Covid Test, we're informed here that Covid Test kit for the masses is under development and may be with us in two weeks. Why does Nigerians criticise Nigeria so unfairly and, yes, unrlitstcally7 like this?

Can't you see he was asked to go for it at LUTH? They cannot attend to him because they're scared for their lives unless he provides proof he's negative from the CDC.

You think he would just want to go for the test without having being in contact with anyone?

Besides, why can't he go for the test? No be test to make everybody dey safe?
