As Federal government plans to shutdown the country over Covid19 outbreak, those of us in federal establishments are need of our March salary before Friday to enable purchase enough food items. Corona hunger might be deadlier than corona virus

My dearif the president is sick, can't the VP and Finance minister approve the payments? I don't have up 15 cups of rice in my house and I am presently leaving with my niece. I need this salary now
