Tajbol4splend:You can't prove it enough to idiots. To them President Buhari cannot make mistakes.. Not surprised though, the sheer number of stupid persons in the country is alarming. You find them as soon as they open their mouths or type stuff. |

Ayoefa:He should have closed the border, we need the economy working rather than shutting down of businesses and calling for a lockdown. Do you have food in your house to last a month? A time will come where you'll have to choose between death by Covid 19 or death by hunger. People are loosing their jobs already. |

cenaman:Very foolish ipob. They have now turned an Iranian into their God. That was how they worshiped zakzaky until Trump started fighting Iran. Since trump is a bigger god than zakzaky to them, they then threw zakzaky under the bus. Now they have started licking the ass and worshipping another Iranian. They will soon ditch him as well. ![]() |

This is not surprising. The seismic shock waves of COVID-19 are sending economies reeling. As long as this PLAGUE lingers, more economies will crumble in Africa, Latin America,Europe and Asia.Consequently, many governments will collapse. One has set the pace- Kosovo government, after only about one month in power. This might just be the end of the WORK CULTURE. People might as well go back to their peasant culture. Anyway, man was forced out of it into the WORK CULTURE. In all,I think COVID-19 is the great leveller of our age. |

Tajbol4splend:He is one of the reasons yes, but for a global pandemic like this it was only a matter of time before it got here. Many countries are underreporting the crisis from there locations, (we have got the freezone northern boarder with Chad etc) We have stupid Nigerians who are rich irrespective of political class that would still disobey that aviation lockdown (atiku adamant son for example, buhari daughter, oyedepo etc can even use private jet because laws don't work here). Yesterday alot of churches in my area observed the last Friday of the month "night vigil". Many Nigerians are just hypocrites who like to shift blames |

[quote author=Seetto post=87837186]Too late, some people have already started blaming buhari, they will tell you is because of buhari we have Corona virus. [/quote Is it not? As a proactive leader is he not to take immediate action the moment Nigeria recorded the first index of the virus by suspending all international flights to the country? He waited for so long probably to allow his daughter n Abba Kyari group to return to the country. See where we are now? We are all in it together but God is Supreme. |

helinues:Saving will not save you. The worst hit during a period like this are the savers, because they end up coming out with "less" money. The Naira has been devalued, guess what's next? Inflation will climb. Buy land, buy a house, buy gold. Anything that would appreciate in value, save little. |

Yenefer:if if there is anyone who has continually crossed the line it is the govt, its pathetic that everyone expects the citizens to take the moral high road or abide by the when they go low we go high principles,we live in a lawless society,we lack basic health care, basic educational facilities, our collective wealth is being shared among the few, they create generational wealth for their offspring at the expense of the masses, but somehow you expect the citizens to remain calm calling buhari and the govt names often times can't be described as an insult he is incompetent and a very corrupt man. |

Lostz:I'm not in thre mood for economic lecture this morning but having said that, I can tell you that oil did not sell for less under Baba Iyabo. Secondly the only countries that did not go into real recession due to the oil price crash are Gulf countries that had substantial savings and had invested seriously when the boom was on. Countries that you can compare to Nigeria are Venezuela and Angola who had mismanaged their income during the boom and who rely on oil as much as Nigeria. Venezuela is still in recession so bad that even if you have money, you can find food to buy at the super market. Even the oil crash forced many oil companies to close and businesses shut in Oklahoma and other US oil producing States. Oklahoma went from enjoying unprecedented boom to almost ghost town over night. |

Nigerians took the proactiveNess of Jonathan administration towards ebola for granted. Here we are almost the same scenero. But different result. If the western world don't find a cure am afraid we in soup..I here tomatoes had quadruple in price. So we not talking sickness now. Buy no work no money but higher price for food commodities. |
