Blackman's case is very complicated. We have all the natural resource needed to do more than what south Korea or China/Wuhan is doing but our structure as a country isn't that of nation trying to move forward but as one with many group trying to dominate one another. These nations have good research and technological drive and have put them to good use in the event of Coronavirus. We actually don't have those. For example our manufacturing sector or industrial sector actually doesn't exist because virtually all the brains driving it are foreign brains. If we had industrial and technological expertise, we could have attempted to mass produce masks and testing kits but what we have as industries are largely packaging plants that import largely finished goods and package them in Lagos/Ogun state axis.
