This Coronavirus Pandemic is an opportunity for men to recognize the superiority of God over mortals and subject themselves under His Supreme Authority.

Nothing happens in this world and beyond without God's permission both good and evil. In His Supreme wisdom, He permits disasters and disease to befall mankind especially when they turn away from him. In Isaiah 45:7 He says that HE form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster.

Today, the world is faced with Coronavirus Pandemic that has crippled the world best technologies, defied every medical interventions of first world countries and is threatening the economy of the world. In fact, ue to this Coronavirus, virtually every activities in the world are on lockdown. It is time for humans to do the needful; RETURN TO GOD!

Several times when Israel forsook God and turned to live other lifestyles and worship the god of this world (powerless deities), He permitted diseases, death, famine (economic crises), captivity (slavery), disasters and infamities (sicknesses) to befall them until they do the needful and return to Him. When the people of Noah's generation forsook God, He visited them with flood that wiped out the entire generation except the family of Noah. When Soddom and Gomorrah forsook God and took to homosexuality and other abominable acts, God visited them with plague of fire and destroyed an entire nation

Unfortunately, in the world today, men have totally turned against God. Societies, in the name of "absolute" human right have dared God by recognising and legalizing things that displeases Him which include include prostitution, homosexuality, nudity etc, as well as destroying the family system. Men have calles God's Supreme plans as archaic, obsolete, foolish and stupid. Worse still, many don't even recognise His existence at all not to talk about recognising His supremacy.

While it may be true that Coronavirus might have been caused by the Chinese and originated from Wuhan, China, it would have been an exercise in futility if God did not permit it from coming to force.

Two weeks ago, the President of United States of America, Donald Trump, abandoned his busy schedule to join prayers for America. Trump specifically asked that prayers be said to God for the "health and strength" of America. His deputy, Vice President Mike Pence, also urged Americans to pray to God.

The American Housing and Urban Development Secretary, Dr Ben Carson, a famous neurosurgeon was very blunt when he said, "this period provide opportunity for God to show His power in a way that will help us (men) return to Him.”

Men should take advantage of this rare opportunity to go back to God, and God will show us His mercy.

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. - 2 Chronicles 7:14

Conclusively, although Coronavirus pandemic has defied men's knowledge and science, God is ever willing to lift the pandemic from men if we turn to Him. The Lord is the Lord of all things, there is nothing too hard for Him to do. However, we must first return to Him in order to get His attention.

God is love and faithful. His desire for men is to give them good life here on earth and eternal life in the afterlife.

Men should turn to God!

The scientist and medical personel working to save lives are the real heroes of this story. God and religion has nothing to do with it.

My own is simple......No so called "Man of God" should come and claim that they have healed any sick person or raised any dead person after this pandemic.

I will certainly regard such a person as a scammer. It is very obvious that ALL of them have gone into hiding from the virus.

Anyone who claims to have any power should stand up NOW and be counted!

The problem with topics like this is that it exposes the level of thinking of the OP. Seriously how do you guys come up with topics without any reflection on the implications of what you are asking for? Now he says "turn to God" as if it were that simple.

If men should turn to a god, which of the gods? Should we all turn to Yahweh or Allah or Jewish Yahweh? Is it Krishna you will prefer? Or Odin?

You realise that this virus hasn't in any way settled the question of which is the true god we should follow instead it will just lead more fragmentations and strife after when different groups expect other groups to join them instead.

This is why I mock topics like this and people who say this virus is a sign from their god. If this is a sign from your god then you are worshipping a moronic god.

An omnipotent god who created the universe certainly should certainly have better plans and ways to go about making people turn to him. And he will certainly makes sure that his sign is clear to all and there are no misinterpretations of it by different sect. Just like we don't misinterpret what water does or what the sun does.

So claiming this is a sign from your god is claiming that your god is utterly incompetent. And this is the point we have been making here.
