Basically, Samsung always releases two versions of their flagship devices, one with a Snapdragon chipset for the US and one with an Exynos chipset for the rest of the world.

The problem is that the Exynos chipset is just not as good as Qualcomm's Snapdragon chips, the performance of the Exynos is worse, the camera quality is not as good, it gets hotter than the Snapdragon and it has worse battery life.

Another issue is that depending on where you are in the world you're most likely paying more than US customers for an inferior device

I enjoyed the battery performance of my Galaxy A30 for 2 months after I bought it. Since then I have been using glo network & it gets hot most times when I switch on my data.
I usually get 5. 5 hours SOT(used to be 8-9 hours dat 1st 2 months). It is now worse since I upgraded to Android 10. My phone is now slow & freezes a lot.
I'm kind of disappointed but I really like this phone.

I did not agree,, I use galaxy note 5 and it didn't hot .. because I never turn off my data.. but the only problem is that the battery doesn't last at all.. but the camera is superb .

This is a lie, Snapdragon is better than Kirin, and has always been.

Kirin 990 is a 2019 soc which beats even sd855+
Kirin 1000 which is 5nm 2020 soc isn't even released it's meant to compete with a14 bionic which is also 5nm and sd865/sd865+ .
Huawei p40 pro is using kirin 990 which is a 2019 soc. Meanwhile s20 ultra is using sd865 which is a 2020 soc.

All am trying to say is that kirin better than Snapdragon leave all those benchmark scores. And try real life speedtest between them. Even huawei nova 5t defeated s20+ and nova 5t is using 2018 soc.
Kirin has more ai capabilities than Snapdragon.

Bros u don't know wat u are saying, am using 2 phones with SD855 and i have operated P30 pro, mate 20 pro, the P30 pro couldn't hold some audio softwares well without lagging but lg g8 and samsung note 10 could, so don't come out here talking trash, camera aspects, the mate 30 pro is grt, any other thing isn't near the SD 855 not talking abt d SD 855+
