My dad got this message today. It claimed to be from the Lagos state government. Has anyone gotten it or do you know anyone that has? I'm thinking it's a scam

abdurrazaq:You do know that Truecaller has a feature that allows users to recommend a name for a number. I gave one scammer ''ritualist'' and since then I am sure anybody with true caller on their phone has refused to pick his scam calls. What I am saying is that the number may not necessary be from a fraudster. It may be real. 3 Likes |

A landlord neighbor got the same message and brought it to me. The sender of the message is not a regular number but a 5-digit number (or so) and I believe it is legit 1 Like |
