Well let me start it by stating the facts
1 My friend transferred N26k plus to Sunday's account vis AZIMO which Sunday confirmed
2 Sunday called my friend back to say the money was reversed back to my friend's account and whish the money paid back of which he sent screenshots cool
3 I informed my friend who I told to have a look and fish out the mistake
4 My friend looked at her bank account and told me that no money of such was returned to her btw (I and you know how AZIMO works)
5 Sunday still insisted teh money was paid back to my friend's account
6 My friend called AZIMO with the transaction code to find out what was going o n
7 AZIMO confirmed that the money was paid and Emailed Sunday's bank to confirm payment of transaction via their 3rd party partners in Nigeria which they AZIMO inturn 2warded the emails to my friend of which she in turn 4warded to Sunday, at this point, it was clear that the fault was from Nigeria, Sunday should go to his bank to sort it out armed with the two Emails my friend sent to him
8 I suggested that Sunday should go back to his bank and request them to give him details of transaction of the money returned and to which bank or account cos btw me and you you know if you wire money via 3rd party ie western Union or AZIMO no way the money can return to ur bank,
These my friend is where we stand at the matter! Sunday have both copies of Emails and if you want I can 4ward it to you as well!

The situation as reported to me:

Your friend was supposed to send funds BEFORE carrying out the day's task but didn't. However, Sunny went ahead with the work with the hope that funds will arrive before the day closes. The fund did not arrive as would have been expected with such transfers. Sunny now informed your friend that the transfer did not go through.

Your friend then told Sunny that they will contact the fund transfer agents (AZIMO ?) to raise a complaint. Sunny is not sure the nature of that complaint if it included the return of the transferred funds.

However, during the back and forth, the funds went through on 05 March 2020. Sunny confirmed this to your friend and the matter was thought to have been settled.

On 18 March 2020, the fund was returned to the Agent (AZIMO? ) and your friend's name was clearly used as the reference. This has been confirmed by the back in writing as debit advice. This debit advice has been forwarded to your friend. This is very clear. Ever since your friend has bluntly refused to manage the situation; no response, no taking of calls. No be so na. This money means a lot to this people o with this lockdown and all.

Sunny has been to the bank in the mist Covid19 lockdown and the debit has been reconfirmed by the bank.

You must understand that this is very frustrating for the guy. I have seen all the debit advice and the reference number regarding the return of the money and I'm not happy and very disappointed. Should I conclude that this is deliberate? Sunny had earlier complained to me that the relationship was for no reason very difficult and as you know, I tried intervening then as (we, we) UK diaspora, but was rudely undermined by your friend. I thought all this was to build a good relationship.

Please tell your friend to pay that money and sort out AZIMO. If your friend has any confirmed credit advice from AZIMO dated from 19 March 2020 with verifiable reference number, please ask your friend to send it to Sunny and he would go to the bank with new evidence. But I must say this back and forth over such sum is very disappointing.

Yes it is a turkey door according to the seller. The price for 3ft is 60k while 4ft is 90k. My concern is that I saw another turkey of the same look and size for like 220k. So I don't know if am just wasting my money to buy the 90k own since it is cheap compared to 220k

perhaps the paint was made of real gold dust.
I doubt if the cost of stucco paint is up to half of that amount for even a 100 sqm living room.
If he contracts it out to interior decor, it could be high from inflation of cost of paints to the actual quantity needed and their fees but I doubt if it could be stretched that much for a living room only.

Hello people,

We plan to use steel/metal to make a loft/mezzanine floor within an apartment with high headroom. The stairs will be made of steel and wood combination (see sample pic) while the floor will be full steel/metal.
The carcass is already in place and we have an architectural design of the loft already, so we need to move to the metal works now.
