This is not a thread to ridicule anyone, I believe that it is a choice to either get married or not.

I just have a few questions for people who say that the timemarriage have expired, and they won't like to get into it.

1. How do you plan on getting and raising your children, or don't you want those?

2. Now, this is the most bothering question in my mind.
When you get older, like say post 60 years, the body would naturally get weaker then, a lot of diseases would come. Whether we liked it or not, we would have to be dependent on others to live.
How do you plan to cope?

it's quite unfortunate that here in Africa parents do see their children as a retirement plan which is not supposed to be. what will it take those people to plan ahead of time on things they will need in future, make investments to cover them when they get older like our European counterparts. Why is it that African parents have little or no insurance at all example life insurance, health insurance, feeding insurance, and death insurance to ease suffering when such a person gets old.

your second question is your mind bro.

If I don’t want marriage, I’ll instead invest that time in making a life like that of these old men we have around with “old money”.

If you have the money, at 80, you’ll be in going to UK to treat malaria. grin

Any fool that sacrifices marriage for singlehood and doesn’t do well with that opportunity is lost forever.

Is there love insurance, and care insurance?

There would still be a time you actually need those who really love and care about you.

I understand the money part.

But what if you fall into an emergency which was unplanned for?

Like say, you have a severe stroke, which we know comes really sudden. Like you sleep feeling fine, and wake up loosing the ability to move half of your body?

Even with the money, you would see how helpless you are.

helpless? How bro?

When your money can get you the best caregiver out there?? I can get many caregivers as much as I want to do the job.

Three to watch over you during the day and three to watch over you at night.

Cases like this you’ll have that one caregiver that is so close to you as a siste/wife. She’ll take your matter seriously till death.

Just have the money first, then I’ll draw all the plans for you. grin grin

Rihanna will be on your caregivers list. That’s money power.

Children is not essential, there is really no clear logical reason for one.

I have and will always advocate for euthanasia in this country, this should solve no 2. I believe if anyone gets to a position they see life as not worth living they should at least have the option of going out with dignity
