Hello Nairalanders, Can we Try Buying Pineapple ,Peel the Skin of it ,Slice it ,Then buy Lemon or Lime ,Cut to Pieces ,Get Guava Leaf and Dongonyaro leaf , freshly Crushed Garlic and Ginger and Tumeric Powder Boil All together with Pap water called Omidun in Yoruba .Once it's Boiled ,Try pour some of the liquid Extract in a Bucket ,Cover your body with Cloth,As the Steam is released ,Breath in and out . As for the remaining boiled take one Glass Cup ,Morning and Night . As a Natural therapist .I carried out some Research on those Items .Hope it's Beneficial . Please remember , Regularly hand washing with Soap .Social Distancing , Avoid Large Crowds . Stay Home Stay Safe .
