But here is the thing Sec do not have the jurisdiction to close mba Forex or any of the other 11 investment firm listed on their page. And is mainly because the security and exchange commission are there to regulate any firm or corporate companies which are involved in stock exchange, so as to protect shareholders from from corporate heads and most especially from their brokers which are the wolf of stock exchange, because every brokers do not have their client interest at heart. Their goal is to separate you from your hard earned money. Anyway Sec are not saying they are illegal but are warning you they are not approved by them, incase of any losses.

And mind you Sec as no authority to shut anyone of them down as long they are not dealing in the stock markets with people's money. And for the people saying SEC Shut boxvalue down last year that was a total lie. What really happened was that the company loses investors money and close down, they decided to use Sec as an excuse for their failure, telling people they are dealing with the Sec hahahaha. I don't know if they will be back but I know a lot of people will still be expecting them to return. And even if they do come back I am sure you will have to reinvest another money. That is one of the oldest scheme, high level scammers use.

I have invested with multiple companies which are registered with almost all regulations yet turned out to be scam. What I look out for in a company is TRANSPARENCY and MBA as plenty of that. You are actually right to a certain extent though, but on the SEC aspect, the body can shut down MBA if they so wish, in as much MBA operate in Nigeria.

We just hope they will let MBA be, but if not, I'm afraid the worst might happen as nobody wish to lose the minimum of 360k

I am as confused as you are. My ROI is due since 31st but I have not been paid. However, not paying for April will be a breach of contract on their part and besides some guys here have been paid for April. Fingers crossed

MBA has the money to get an asset mgt license or micro finance license which would secure them
but na them sabi their ulterior reasons for not getting legit with the govt.

They should avoid making such lists as an investment firm cause they will have to start calming investor panic
