You see what I have been talking about.Ordinary Rwanda is distributing food items and offering free electricity supply to her citizens in this lockdown.Politicians know where these people that really need urgent help in term of food and other essentials are staying,they do go where during electioneering campaign.

Some people are really passing through difficulties in life. There is hunger everywhere, but that doesn't justify the means that she did that out of hunger.
