A friend of mine currently serving in Abia state just showed me a circular (in form of WhatsApp text) from his Local Government Inspector (LGI), mandating them to be around tomorrow: the 31st of march 2020, for their monthly clearance. Is he being fair?? Is the scheme being fair??.

They forget that corp members nationwide have returned home to be with their families during this pandemic, plus a couple of states are currently on lockdown, or will be on lockdown from tonight. How do these corp members in such states commute to Abia state for clearance??. This is really absurd.

report the LGI on nysc Twitter or Facebook handle.. here is the DG number 0903 305 0542 .. you can chat the DG on WhatsApp or SMS

I serve in abia, obingwa LGA and I've been back home in Lagos since last week. we where only asked to submit clearance forms from our various ppa's...na ur LGI deh do oversabi.

it has not changed, the issue of coronavirus made the DG to gave that order. or are you not aware batch A 2020 did not complete mandatory 21 days in camp ?

NYSC National Hqts already passed a circular that there should be no monthly clearance for the months of April and May, 2020.

Why's this particular Local Government in Abusive State different
