(They know fully well that if you get a missed phone call from a foreign number. You will be tempted to call), this phone numbers have been configured in a way that if you call them, the airtime is charged 10 to 20 times the usual amount and you will somehow hear a voice of a woman speaking in a strange language while your money is going........

Thank you......don't mind the mugu, it's people like them that are always easy prey for Fraudsters, i also had calls from such numbers and decided to do a little research online and i found out that it's happened to people all over the world.
