To those that were laid off, this is just temporary and soonest, something better will come your way. Although I can imagine the pain in losing your source of income.
As for the remaining tutors, please endeavor to be careful in ur answers. Your ratings matter more than your earnings. I believe they used a ratio of quality of answers provided to number of questions answered. Those that came top were spared while those below were axed.
My 1 cent is that if it's only 4 questions you can answer and you're sure of 100% please do it than answering 10 without enough information which will eventually reduce your ratings.
Stay smart.
