Pretty confused and tired of this country. How can a phone sent for over 2 weeks not delivered yet ? Documents sent to me using UPS last week had already been delivered. Hi, can someone help me out please. I put in for a Payoneer Mastercard renewal since December 2019 and the card was sent by Payoneer to Nigeria since January, according to the information I saw on the tracking number they sent me and as confirmed by Payoneer too.

However, the card is yet to show up at the local post office box address number I used. I'm highly confused and disappointed as I cannot make any transactions online without the card. Payoneer said the card is already in Nigeria and that they expect me to activate by now.

What sort of thing is this?

I read somewhere on this thread that parcels with the tracking number LC,LH and a few other L's are prone to get stolen and Missing at the sorting center in Lagos as they can't be tracked outside US.
