The reason there is high compliance to the lockdown in Europe and the west is because of the fact that Europeans and westerners have money; they could have huge savings of $10,000 each in their bank accounts.

But Africa and Africans in general are not rich and most live based on what they make per day; if the African market woman doesn't go to the market, she doesn't eat; if the African carpenter, bricklayer or mechanic doesn't work, he doesn't eat; if the marwa driver and the bus conductor don't work, they don't eat.

The Europeans due to their huge savings account can afford to go on lockdown for 6 months or more.

But the hungry African may start burning tyres, looting, robbing, raping and killing after a few weeks of hunger due to the lockdown. People are already defying the lockdown in Angola.

I predict that if the lockdown in Africa is not called off soon, there will be anarchy in Africa which will make the international leaders to end the lockdown. Either that or they will claim to have found a vaccine.

Africans will not fight you if embezzle government funds, but if you deny them their opportunity to hustle inside the hot sun for their garri and groundnut, they will fight you.

From Africa, the lockdown will end.

If I doubt you, am foolish.

Unless African death toll don't increase astronomically.

If it does, am afraid we will be looking at a complete breakdown

They don't have huge money in their account oo, but their government have reserve that can take care of their needs by giving them weekly or monthly stipend, have control over price of things and subsidize where necessary.

Yes they have money. Your own minimum wage is 30k per month, how much can you save from that little amount.
But in the UK, the minimum wage is close to 10 pounds an hour/ 1600 pounds per month (700, 000 naira) for the low skilled workers like toilet cleaners.
If you're a graduate you can make as high as 4000 pounds per month (1.8 million naira a month)

Even if all the Europeans are toilet cleaners they can still save 400 pounds a month after paying their bills. And they could have been saving for years.

You can rent a room with 7k per month right? Maybe spend another 7k on transport, another 10k on feeding. That’s how someone who earns the minimum wage abroad lives. The difference is, transport could be much smaller with good public transportation, food could be cheaper if the government was distributing gas and electricity more effectively etc and you could save a little. But based on the cost of living abroad, what the minimum wage earners earn cannot get them so much from the system, just a decent means of livelihood compared to Naija

That your argument doesn't work.
those abroad pay higher bills only in the areas of rent and taxes not in food.

How much is a can of coke or sprite in Nigeria, is it not around 150 naira? How much is a can of coke in the UK, it is 40 pence (180 naira).
It more or less the same thing and the same goes for chicken, rice, tomato and the rest.

That argument that those abroad pay high bills is used by stingy relatives abroad to prevent them from sending money to their relatives back home.

Yes they may pay higher rent but that's only because the accommodation they are paying for is of high quality like the ones you have in lekki phase one. So how much is rent in lekki phase 1? Is it 7k per month.

Yes Europeans have higher bills but they make even higher money.

It's like you living in lekki phase 1 or on bourdillon, ikoyi and be paying 3 million naira rent per year but you're making 1.8 million naira a month.

That's how it is for the Europeans, even toilet cleaners can still afford to go on holiday to Spain, Greece or Australia each summer, that's why they are called developed countries, they are rich.

Ask someone who is a citizen of England, lives and works in England to tell you the real story... They earn huge salary and pay heavy bills. Don't be deceived. An oyibo friend told me many things about living in England. She earns huge salary but can't afford a car because you will still pay for owning a car.

Don't you pay for owing a car in Nigeria? Don't you pay insurance, road worthiness and vehicle license. Over there, their documents are original and they perform MOT test on the cars, it's not like here where 15k bribe will cover your vehicle documents for a year.

Even with the high car insurance cost, they can still save 600 ponds a month

A toilet cleaner in the UK can make in a month: 1600 pounds

He pays rent: 400 pounds for a 3 bedroom house
Local government tax: 100 pounds
Utilities: 100 pounds
Feeding: 150 pounds
Bus ticket: 50 pounds

800 pounds will cover his basic needs.

He now has 800 pounds to save per month. Even if he has a car he will not pay more than 200 pounds for the car insurance, tax and petrol a month.

You can save 800 pounds a month as a toilet cleaner as long as you are moderate. And that's how all those Nigerian toilet cleaners in Europe built mansions in Nigeria.

If he is married and has 3 children, that are working as toilet cleaners , it means that 5 family members will be earning 8000 pounds but they will still pay the same 400 pounds rent and tax. They may pay more in utilities but it is a small amount.

There is a reason some people are queuing for a visa to Europe, it's because you can build mansions in Nigeria whilst working as a toilet cleaner in Europe.

But this is just a toilet cleaner, if he is a graduate, maybe a pharmacist, engineer, lawyer or banker, he can make as high as 6000 pounds a month

Let me break it down for you based on available statistics online. Take Florida for instance:

Let’s say you earn $12 per hour which is a little higher than the minim wage (which is around $9 or so). This means that you earn around $25,000 USD annually if you work full time. It could be less if you don’t work full time. So after tax which could be up to 35% depending, you will be seeing around $16,000 In your account. So you will be making your budget from this money:

1. Divide $16,000 by 12 months = $1,333. Let’s round it up and say $1,500 comes into your account monthly.

2. Subtract your monthly health insurance, let’s just say $50 - $100 based on government health insurance with subsidies. Private or work insurance could he higher, depending. Remaining $1,400

3. Subtract rent. Say $500 for 1 self contain, called Studio there, or maybe a room inside a house with shared bathroom and living room and laundry etc. remaining $900.

4. If you use public transport like buses and trains, subtract like $200 or less depending. If you use Uber or taxi it’s more. If you drive your own car then it could be even more because you have monthly car payment plus gas (petrol) which could be $200 + $100 depending on the car. Include car insurance as well if you have a car. I’ll just subtract $350 to be moderate. Remaining $650.

5. Now feeding. Let’s say you spend only $50 for food weekly, let’s subtract $200 monthly. Remaining $450.

6. Now we’ve come to utilities. Since you mentioned that the person needs some sort of decent life, they must have cable TV subscription plus internet, maybe $50 - $100 or less, then gas, electric and water would be another $150. We'll include phone bills here as well just to be conservative. Let’s give this $250 total. Remaining $200.

7. Now let’s factor in household supplies and other monthly expenses. Household supplies like bleach, soap, body cream, shoe polish, cologne, toilet paper, toothpaste etc. Other services like haircut. Let’s just be conservative and say these cost $100 monthly. Remaining $100.

So after all the moderation I used for the calculations, it looks like you’ll be having $100 or less as savings monthly. Multiply this by 12 and you get about $1,200 estimated savings from a $25,000 job.

If you have a dependent on this level of income, Goodluck with making any savings because I predict you’ll be living off your credit cards with a huge debt and high interest rates that you may never be able to pay back fully for a very long time.

With this salary, some people still try to send $50 a month to their families which is about N18,000 - N20,000 monthly, but their families may never understand!

I didn’t mention occasional or infrequent expenses like emissions test on your car which you’re required to do by law, oil change, personal items like clothing which I didn’t include in the calculation above

The difference between you and someone in Nigeria is, you have access to good roads so you have less visits to the auto mechanic, you have access to 24/7 electricity and high speed internet and online shopping etc. plus you’re living in an organized society with access to study loans, you’re able to change your destiny by getting a degree or better paying job etc with time. Also you can get a partner and easily split the bills and save more. Plus once a year, you may get some tax refund of up to $1,000 or more from government depending on how much tax they deducted from your income.

Hope this information helps

First of all Europeans have better welfare than Americans. Of course most Africans believe that America is greater than Europe but that is wrong.
Europeans have better welfare like higher minimum wage, free healthcare and free university tuition fees.
But in America, you pay for hospital and you pay massively for university. So don't compare America with western Europe.

In addition people in America can have 3 jobs. They can work as cleaners in the morning, then as security guard at night then as a steward on weekends. Therefore the fact that Europeans have higher welfare than Americans and the fact that Americans can have up to 3 jobs defeats your argument.

Your argument that the only difference with Nigeria and America is the presence of basic amenities is wrong. What is Nigeria's budget per year? It is 8.9 trillion naira per year. How much is America's budget? It is 4 trillion dollars per year.
The relationship between Nigeria and America is not a junior brother to senior brother relationship, it is an infant baby to great great great great grandfather relationship. Don't ever compare Nigeria and America again.

The western European unskilled worker makes good money, so let's put that aside. In America the skilled workers like pharmacist, doctors, engineers and lawyers can make up to 250,000 dollars per year.

The only issue with America is that they reward the skilled professionals like pharmacists, doctors, engineers and lawyers with hundred of thousands of dollars per year but they punish the unskilled workers like the cleaners with $10 per hour. But even with this punishment, toilet cleaners in America can work up to 3 jobs and that will make them have enough savings to travel for a holiday to Europe, Cuba or Australia in the summer. With one full-time job and two part time jobs the unskilled American cleaner can still make $50,000 per year.

If Americans are that poor as you claim and if the only advantage Americans have over Nigerians is the presence of good roads, Donald trump would not have called you shit hole countries.

You see, you’re going in different directions without a specific focus. I just did some math for you based on how a single minimum wage job in the US compares with a single minimum wage job in Nigeria.

Of course it’s an option to get a second job or work overtime if that’s available at the one job. Likewise in Nigeria, some people have multiple jobs.

When you compare budget in the US with that of Nigeria, well, let’s try this. Rent for single room in a poor neighborhood based on my earlier math was $500, that’s up to N200,000 in Nigeria which could pay one year of rent in a similar location. So if the US budgets hundreds of trillions, you won’t expect Nigeria to budget the equivalence because a small room in a poor neighborhood in Nigeria does not cost N200,000. The value of money is different. In some states in the US, earning $50,000 annually puts you in the poverty line because you basically can’t do things like rent an apartment in a decent neighborhood or even save. But $50,000 in Nigeria is up to N20 million and I can’t see anyone being called a poor man in Nigeria if they were earning such.

No need going to healthcare professionals and engineers and other high paying jobs in the US, there are high paying jobs in banks, construction, oil and certain consulting jobs in Nigeria as well. But let’s focus on the minimum wage of N30,000 you mentioned earlier which started this conversation. Like I mentioned, it compares with a minimum wage job in the US as well.

Didn’t get your point. The lockdown is to prevent continued spread while they handle already infected persons. They have prediction systems which have informed them that with the lockdown, they could minimize the massive hospitalizations within a few months, if not, get ready to hospitalize a decent chunk of your country people

I don't mean to criticize the measures. Upon the total compliance of the westerners to be indoor for many weeks, are the chains of transmission not broken yet? Don't you think we might been lied to that the virus spreads through touching, etc... so as to forcefully lock down the world for a certain purpose unknown to the many? Because there are clearer revelations surrounding the 5G network.

QUESTION: are buildings where we lock up ourselves immune to 5G's poisonous attack?? I'm just trying to reason further.

Well first of all there’s no evidence of poisonous 5G attack. Secondly, the lockdown is necessary to prevent continued spread between people.

You need to use research to backup your suspicions. The lockdown wasn’t meant to end things quickly but minimize the rise in cases and hospitalizations, experts have predicted that hospitalizations will continue rising until May or through the summer. Without the lockdown, we’re talking about triple or quadruple the number of cases and hospitalizations which will have no end!

That Angolans are in defiance to lockdown does not affect the international community or the next neighboring country. It is them the virus will ravish not their neighbors who are under lockdown.

There's reason for this discussion. If the revelations surrounding the 5G is considered false (which is NOT), then you need to reason where I stated that the westerners are more civil in complying with the lockdown policies for some weeks which suppose to have broken & halted the chains of transmission. For how long do they need? And who's the "artificial intelligence" connected to the virus the globalists are talking about? Doom's times!

So the predictive artificial intelligence is a nobody, it’s a software System, a way to explain it is the predictive weather system that is used by meteorologists to tell you on TV when it’s going to rain or when it’s going to be sunny including the temperatures. Maybe when you study “Python for Data Analytics” or Data Analytics in General, you’ll have some idea about such systems. Research a little more.

Like I mentioned earlier, the lockdown was meant to mitigate and contain the spread, not to stop it in a few weeks.

Stop fooling yourself 5FR2 deployments will be halted and the world will Opt for FR1 like many countries are doing

The predictive artificial intelligence is actually someone, but not in flesh. As a computer scientist, I understand much about predictive programming but there is more to it. This is where faith comes in, i.e spiritual things, which cannot be analysed with matters/physical science. Reason, as a student of physics, I have questioned & faulted the Newton's Masonic law of gravity connected to negative force/pull downwards to gate of hell

All this 5G deployment is really the brainchild of Club of Rome. If the world can resist them (about 20 people) then it can stop.

They don't have huge money in their account oo, but their government have reserve that can take care of their needs by giving them weekly or monthly stipend, have control over price of things and subsidize where necessary.
Absolutely right
