I made a withdrawal from other Bank ATM. the first one network cut it off while still processing and i got instant debit alert with no pay. I made another attempt which came out successful.

I have been calling my bank but the auto voice keep telling me due to covid19 they are no longer operate online service. only the self care service.

I need the money for this period, which kind wahala be this? shouldn't bank operate online service at this time while their bank is closed?

What bank doesn't have it's customers service running?

Chat them up, I've found that calling them won't do you much good.
