There is nothing to come up with, There are a lot of false claims about this company from being regulated by SEC, CBN to EFCC to being insured all are false and there is no single document to prove it, they also took it down from their website FAQ section.

Calling for SEC to regulate Forex trading doesn't mean the SEO of MBA wants them after his company, he knows SEC isn't ready for that and probably won't be in years, but SEC still holds the power to shut down or halt MBA activities so take note of that.
MBA system is to appear as a Forex trading company, but behind the scene is only Paying people from other people's money. No genuine company, I repeat no genuine company will give you 15% ROI every month trading Forex, it's too high and risky to guarantee such stability! Some people think 15% is low, you have no idea how it works. What is ideal is 1% - 4% a month, they know you won't take that so they promise 15% and do something else with your money instead. Of course, some people will say they make 50% 100% a month trading Forex, but they won't tell you how much money they've lost taking such stupid risk. Even the best forex traders make around 45% a year. MBA should come clean which I don't think they will ever do, so as you're investing with them just keep it in mind they will park up soon and you and your money will be separated.

45% a year! Where did u get that from? Go learn Bro. Free stuff online about fx, install MetaTrader4 and get free trial account and even get a faint idea of what the deal is here!
Say only what you know. I'm not impressed

One question we still need an answer to is if they're actually regulated by SEC. If there's no regulatory framework for online forex trading in Nigeria at the moment then your guess is as good as mine.

If SEC rises up tomorrow and decides to close down MBA trades as a regulatory measure what happens to the funds invested? Is there any comprehensive plan to refund investors their capital if such happens?

If I have 10 million naira and can risk 360k out of it on MBA trades then no problem. At least I would have other investments to recoup the 360k already 'lost'.

this is being over flogged, let the risk takers take their risk and let sec do their bit. We cant be assuming work for sec being very lazy body. Does sec knows about online fx trading? even wt manipulations on nse what have they done?

You have a point truly. I am one of the investors and I am really cut in between borrowing more funds to put into the MBA. I will be more comfortable if they can confirm they are registered with SEC based on the publication of March 27 2020. They paid timely my two ROIs due a few days ago, expecting the last one. The question is should I reinvest the ROI together with some borrowed funds to the tune of N4m? I have a target set which will require reinvesting this N4m and the ROI for next month. [Must we come online and explain investment strategy, this your discussion should be your personnel decision, 4M blah blah blah or borrowing money.]

Still doesn't mean that can't lose your money. Is it backed by NDIC? If no then think again. SCAM, Please find out how much of your savings is insured, you'd feel sad

INVEST WITH WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE - FINE

if u have 15m in your account and bank folds up, ndic only insured 500k. if not obj that help jj okocha then to get 100m part of his money in societe generale bank. what happens to the rest?

It's being overflogged because there are very logical questions that beg for answers.

You and I know that government policies are not generally favorable for entrepreneurship in Nigeria but that's not an excuse not to make wealth. MBA Trades is doing well for themselves and for many of us but what about the so called regulatory agencies that can be unpredictable. They have outlined some policies for agricultural crowdfunding ventures but this online forex trading still remains untouched.

Bottom line is to and try to break even and take profit even while they remain undecided and pray that we would be favoured by whatever decision they take.

All you MBA FX investors should stop debating with all these frustrated haters alone. I see no reason why somebody will come here on a daily basis to discredit another mans business in the name of given advice. I don' know what you stands to gain. These people have no other job than to discredit MBA FX since last year. They predicted that MBA will fall b4 the end of 2019, now they are angry because that does not happen.

One of them even sent me pm that he got info that MBA would crash by Feb,but here we are in April and MBA is coming out strong every day .One would have thought with the corona virus era,MBA would have used it as a perfect reason to chart away with people's fund but still they remain committed in returning ROI to their investors.

I have been following this thread from the first page, the have been a lot of time I wanted to voice in to a lot of fallacy been propagate here. But most times I’m too busy or too tired. One things we should all know is that, some people are not really haters, they are just showing concern and rightly so. I really do appreciate those people who are not haters but they genuinely care for the care man.

With my little experience in forex and my fair share of investigation, MBA is here to stay. They only concern I have with MBA is their relationship with the FG, they should try as much as possible and build a good relationship with the them. Apart from that, I don’t see much problem.

I have been with MBA for 10 months now. I’ll rate them 8/10.

Sincerely, most of these haters are people who really one to invest, but are not yet sure of themselves, because of the fear of getting burn. I believe this is as a result of past experience, some as lost huge amount of money placing huge trust in people or different scheme and that sad experience has leave a scar on their mentality, making it very difficult for them to just accept anything. That is why they keep scaring us, challenging our faith because In reality they are angry at themselves for not been able to join and they can clearly see that they are losing out on this opportunity. But yet it is really difficult for them to join.

Some believe they are looking for solid proof before they can join, but even if they see all proof pointing that MBA is real they still won't join because of these same scar they been scathed with. The truth is nothing last forever, it just a matter of how long. If opportunities were to remain forever then everyone will be warren buffet. Only those who are capable of seizing opportunities comes out on top. No one gives a damn about what you been through if you end up a loser. Life itself is risk until the day you die.....Lol.

If you are not capable of taking risk, then don't stop people who are willing to take it, those who are willing to go through anything to secure a future for their family.

When taking risks, look out for a soft landing spot just in case you fall. Failure to do so then you're just plain stupid. Stupid is not an insult, it's a description.

For the first time in this thread, I must say, you made sense!
I've learnt something from your words and pics here. Everything in life is risky, so it is wrong to tell people not to take risks. Instead of telling people not to invest in MBA Forex, we should rather advise them not to invest everything they have into MBA. It is plain stupidity to put all your eggs in one basket. The soft landing is to put your money in other investment portfolios. Even the bible support this: "Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return.
Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land." (Ecc. 11:1-2).
