How can all business activity be suspended and your economy will still be okay? Not possible. Economists are forecasting the recession will be worse than that of 2008.

There's no big deal in completing a massive hospital project. What % of the GDP is a new hospital? China's GDP is about $10 trillion. Even if the hospital cost $1billion, that is only 0.01% of its GDP; The amount is piffling to China
