Then they shouldn't go to hospital then. No need for getting tested also. Everybody will recover sitting in his house without buying drugs or seeking treatment.

Getting tested is to isolate themselves until their immune system can fight the virus

They are simply given drugs to aid their immune system fight the virus and they are taken to the emergency unit should their case get critical.

What we do not know yet is whether they recover fully or are asymptomatic carriers that can spread the disease without showing symptoms
