I'm not so sure of sex but I know Catholics are to abstain from meat and anything they enjoy most on this day. It is a day of sober reflection. It is not forbidden. Beside, Good Friday is a man-made supposed observance of the day the Messiah of the world was crucified.

It is neither stated as a command or approved by the Christ-sent apostles for Christians to commemorate today. No reference whatsoever is stated in the Bible for the observance of good Friday.

Only the Lord's supper, also called communion or the breaking of bread, is a memorial meal commanded by Christ to be remembered and celebrated. Read Luke 22:14-20; Acts 2:42; 1 Corinthians 11:23-30.

Since it is a man-made observance, and not Biblical, there's no Bible verse that forbids married couple from enjoying themselves sexually.
