Like I said, you have comprehension problems.. If less than 100k people are yet to be tested and we already have 200-300 cases, don't you think the numbers of infected people will increase in folds should millions of Nigerians get tested?

I guess na evening class you attended. Try and look for another person to pick on cos day or night, you are too small to argue with me
If your assertion is right then by now given that the disease is said to have Atleast 2% fatality rate ,nigeria should be having hundreds of death due to the virus now
Stop this prophecy of doom ,stop soaking all what you heard and watched from cnn wholeheartedly and start looking at reality on ground . Use your brain for ounce .

When you see a virus with a sphere shape with spikes pointing every direction you should discern it is a serious virus. There are now three strains discovered; L, S and another discovered in China last week said to be 45% more aggresive than the earlier; God please send solution as this is getting beyond human wisdom

Baffles me how these people know so much about the virus but creating the vaccine has been more of a rocket science
vaccine is already on trial... You don't just roll out vaccines...you have to try it on humans for months to know the effect before you do something that can create more damage...there are already about 3 vaccines on trial and it takes a long protocol for it to be used

The home test things are what is causing problems. The percentage of error is huge
There are currently no home test as the average person cannot collect the sample needed nor interpret
the result.

There are barely-trained medical personnel conducting tests but the major issue is the unreliability of the test kit.
One can argue that such measures are net positive since finding a positive case will
help stop that particular disease line.

A policy to mandate a second test after 2 weeks at a different facility while
enforcing quarantine and lockdown will help.

A true home test like a pregnancy test kit will be easy to perform and highly effective in combating the spread.

I meant the rapid tests. The said home kits are going to work like the rapid test for antibodies

I have said this before. This will be a major problem especially here in Nigeria. I see people saying Nigeria heat and blah blah blah. Nigeria could possibly have as much cases as the UK but they'll think it's something else and rather call Pastor help, or buy paracetamol like in the case of that one dead from Delta. Nigeria has the most inconsistent test for covid-19. Today you're negative, tomorrow you're positive. Sorry but Nigerian medical team can't be trusted, that's why people fly abroad for the most minor operations

Knowledge is killing you, that's why you're trapped but I'll appreciate if you can answer these questions;

1.How come there's no cure and in Lagos about 50 cases has been released with report that they're well?

See, Government takes opportunity of any death now to scare people of the virus and they now gullible Nigerians will fall for it.

How come it has not killed any government official in spite of their engagement with their active travel history lately before lockdown?

Many adults who have malaria don't take drugs to get cured.
The immune system is why you could leave your home and return sound.
It is your immune system that actually finishes off diseases, not the drugs you take.

I suggest you ask questions instead of commenting on a topic you don't understand.

United States Coronavirus: 502,876 Cases

18,747 Deaths

That's less than 3% death rate..

Nigeria is currently with 300+ cases with 5 deaths..
Re: COVID-19: How False Negatives Are Complicating Testing by adioolayi(m): 7:21am On Apr 11, 2020
This CoVID19 is really a MONSTER.....Early detection test from day 0-7 can only be confirmed by PCR....but then, the sample but be PROPERLY collected, if not, it will return NEGATIVE.

Now, serological tests, that is more accurate, because it uses antibodies the body produced while trying to fight the infection can not be used to detect EARLY infection, because the body will produce enough antibodies after 7days of infection.

You see where the problem is....Infected person would have infected lot of people between 1-7 days of waiting to produce antibodies.

God help us....Stay in door my people
