Mynd44:My point is that the home kits/RDT which will be antibody-based are not yet available. So, it has nothing to do with the current false negatives which are the result of the PCR technology. I believe developing such a test will make screening much easier and help the government's isolation and quarantine effort. |

Venusman: Valid and verifiable information are on the internet. Your comments shows you lack basic scientific knowledge about Viruses and how they interact with their hosts. Take sometime to read about Viruses and Viral infections....you will understand better. But then, if you are a student of Economics, using your basic knowledge should also tell you the Economic implications of shutting down Lagos (Nigeria's biggest commercial State), Abuja (Nigeria's Capital territory, the seat of power), and Ogun state...Not to mention States where there are restrictions and partial lockdown. You think Government will be so foolish and happy to lockdown her pot of soup based on mere propaganda and falsehood You think they are happy with impending recession starring at their faces You think organisations are happy to stop working You think intending tsunami of massive job lose, pay cut that is hitting the world and already started hitting Lagos is a good thing for anyone to desire If all these my analogy doesn't sink...then I am sorry, I can't help you. CoVID19 is as real as the air we breathe in...Stay Safe..Pray or make a good wish this thing should be over very very soon. The aftermath of it, if it lingers, not just on the health of the populace, but the long run ECONOMIC IMPACT is not what any country in the world desires. 7 Likes |

They paint the pdp as saints even after over a decade of corruption. And I can never be a zombie. They have been brainwashed such that they cannot reason even in the face of obvious corruption. |

Guy lt is obvious you have no idea in regards to how the immune system works. First of all don't mislead people by telling them that the pandemic is a hoax or scam. Secondly, i personally know someone who is infected by the virus(a med doctor who returned from the Uk) the last time i checked by calling him, he is doing well and is only taking home remedies. Thirdly you said "when there is no cure how come people are getting better in Nigeria"? Allow me to educate you that there are different factors ranging from environmental to cultural to diet to genetic, to our way of life that are taken into cognisance when the severity or mildness of a disease is evaluated. Nigeria may not have a cure but i strongly believe that Nigeria is blessed with different antimicrobial natural plants that we consume without even knowing its potency. That is no. 1 No. 2, Our Environmental factor such as the Temp of our country MAY not allow the organism to thrive thus making it easier for our immune system to put up a defence and finally engulf the virus. Make i stop here i don tire to type . Venusman: 4 Likes |
