I ordered an item on the 3rd of March 2020, it got shipped on the 6th by Yanwe Economic Air Mail. I got an SMS from my local post office yesterday 9th of April 2020 to come pick it up and I did. Cargo flights are indeed operating. I plan to order more items I need.

my brother order for refund asap.. i order a xiaomi redmi airdots since Feb 02 till now i received nothing.. after the goods left china in feb, my good wasn't updated.. no virus as at that time.. and also my buyer protection of 60days has expired.. God knws i disturbed the customer care.. they kept telling me its in transit. I told them that I don't care.. that my buyer protection has finished.. its risky to still leave my cash... i ask the seller, he claimed its in AliExpress hand not his.. imagine.. so i opened a dispute the first time, AliExpress considered it invalid... I contacted their customer care and told them.. they said i should be calm.. so i opened a 2nd dispute on the same goods.. AliExpress considered it invalid also.. i lost my patience and started talking to the customer care and tadaaaa... She opened a refund for me...also i am yet to see the refund... But it has been initiated... 3-20days i will receive my 7780 Naira back.. also they gave me a bonus of 7500 Naira in coupons eligible for 3months ( i have planned what to use it and buy and i just need to add 3dollars ). Equivalent to the amount i bought that goods.. they did that to compensate my patience and all the 60days i waited in agony...the sad part is that I don't need that goods anymore...cos i actually bought it here in Nigeria...so after refunding my money, they went ahead to still give me coupons equivalent to my money too... finally they told me to watch out that the goods would still reach Nigeria.. that once it reaches and i am being contacted.. that i should still go and collect the Xiaomi airdots.. i told them its wrong.. they replied that cases like this.. during this covid19 that they have it all planned out.. that i will be lucky to have my money back, with my goods and i as well have the coupons. They said the seller still got his money..tho.. that this is on AliExpress for not updating my goods...cos as long as the seller shipped it out of china.. he would get paid.. so as i am.. I'm jejely waiting for the airdots and my refund has already being actualised.. my luck!

The ladies at the PO informed me that they haven't been operating for some time now, but they re-opened on 8th April, 2020 (or so) and have commenced work with eagerness unless there's a directive for them to suspend their services again.

Oga, I appreciate your honesty and resilience. But be informed that covid19/shipping desruptions started in 2019 long before your order.
Pls, when you receive your goods, be kind enough to contact the same customer care, and take what ever action they tell you to do. Let's be considerate. Cheers

Baba there was virus in China at Feb 02, most big companies in China have stores in Wuhan.... Even if yours wasn't coming from Wuhan, China was already on lockdown that period

i never said i was gonna collect the item and keep it. pls dont be too quick to judge. i was gonna return it. but i need to knw the process of shipping back or rather still i sell it and transfer back the money via conversion rate to the seller or aliexpress. was it my fault the goods stayed more than 60days.. i just wanted to advise a brother on what to do... mine stayed 68 days with out receiving it and that is way more than a buyer protection time of 60 days.. so pls kindly take ur preaching elsewhere as i am not keeping to goods. dont indirectly insult me. i dont appreciate it Oga

mine has been like this since Feb 11 yesterday just make it 60 days the buyer beg and extended buyers protection I have no choice coz I kW the phone will come just this corona stuff so chill.
