The issue here is procedures and conditions for the trips where not duely and properly communicated so any staff that isn't prepared to be quarantined for 14days after return can opt out. The airline crew were not aware of this so it is naturally disorganising and annoying and normal for them to disagree to it. Part of the serious lapses in communication in our Nigerian system.

I won't blame the flight crew members bt they shud also abide by the rules of their job or duty espciaily for a protocol this serious.
